8 Min Stretch Routine for Beginners - Morning Stretches to Start Your Day and Increase Flexibility

Today I’ve got the perfect morning stretches routine to start your day right. These stretches are some of my favorite and perfect for beginners or if you’re looking to increase your flexibility this year. In just 8 minutes I take you through 12 stretches. I highly recommend using this video daily, or making 5-10 min of stretching part of your daily routine. I love to start my day with this stretching routine, but you could also use it as part of your night time routine. Grab your mat, enjoy the music, and let me know how you feel after!
