5 Min Cool Down for Runners- Perfect Post Run Stretching Routine Follow Along

As I recently got my acceptance to the NYC marathon and have been slowly building my base to run a 10k I figured I would stick to the running theme and bring you the perfect 5 min cool down routine to do after a run. These are 11 of my favorite post run stretches that I think are essential to do post run if you want to prevent injury. So follow along with me through this quick stretching routine and make sure to check out my warm up routine and other stretching videos for more variety!
