Do this super quick 5 min stretching and cool down after your workout! It improves flexibility and mobility and prevents you from feeling super sore. The exercises are for the entire body and you will feel wonderful after.
This stretching can also be done if pregnant or postpartum.

    Thanks this is so relaxing! I did this because I did a workout for my health class and the video didn't have a warm up so I just used this as a cool down :)

    Today I woke up with a soar throat, I was super upset because I wasn’t able to do my normal sweaty workout without having to stop. I ended up doing a walk and was looking for a good stretching video. And found this one! Ty so much this helped me feel like I did something without making my soar throat worse! ❤

    Most stressful stretching i've ever done. Would not recommend this. Way to short to calm down.
