5 Minute Daily Stretch- Do this stretch every day to increase flexibility

Today we’ve got another quick video and this is the 5 minute stretching routine that I do every day (sometimes even multiple times a day). It’s fast and effective so it won’t take long, but it will definitely help increase your flexibility if you commit to repeating this routine at least 3 times a week (the more the better). It’s also perfect to do after working out, which is what I was doing here! Enjoy, and let me know what you want to see next 🥰️
