20 MIN FULL BODY STRETCH for Rest Day, Improve Flexibility and Mobility

Today I’ve got the perfect full body stretching routine for you to do on your next rest day. I take you through 20 of my favorite stretches that will target your whole body and help improve both flexibility and mobility. I would definitely recommend repeating this 3x a week or for even better results, daily. Grab a mat and let’s get better together!
