I'm not exaggerating at all when I say that this flow saved my day. I was feeling really stagnant and stressed and had no motivation to do this or anything else at first. 75 min later I feel like a whole new person. Thank you thank you

The problem with exercise is time. My exercises last only 3 minutes. Whether permitting I jog seven kilometers 3 times a week. I have., been doing my exercises for the past 62years. I am 82 years old.

Can’t believe I actually finished this flow - perfect amount of softness and sweet heat . It’s been too long since I’ve been on the mat and when I wanted to quit Ally pulled me right back in! Very compatible flow for cross fitters
I've done this class probably 4 or 5 times during this quarantine. I love it so much. Wish there were more Ally Maz classes available.
I have done all your classes.The 75 min one, made me want to go straight into meditation mode.The things you say are so important to hear. Your kindness is felt through out your teachings.. Some few moves were very challenging for me, but i tried and sometimes the time holding a certain pose was a tad too much. Very normal. I just wanted to give you the feedback on that. Thank you very much again.
The space I feel in my body and the wonderful sweat I just got (also from wearing a hoodie and gym pants, ha) has set me up beautifully for the day. Wishing everyone peace and good health during the pandemic! Namaste 🙏🏼 🧘♂️

I have to say, I was SO reluctant to do this practice because of how long it is, and I truly wasn't in the mood for yoga. However, I feel so good after finishing; I feel light and open in my hips and shoulders, and I feel so happy and good. Thank you for such a wonderful practice!
Really nice practice. I appreciate the longer practice...would love to see more hour+ classes. Ally mixed things up a bit which was refreshing.

Ally does such an awesome job reminding you to check in! I’m ADHD with a tendency to let my mind wander or get bored, and that constant reminding to check in helps so much!

This practice was transformative. Thank you, Ally Maz. I was able to find myself and connect into my body deeply throughout the course of the practice. This practice required one to stay focused and to listen to every guidance and instruction intently, but that was the point of the whole thing! Thank you for the time, effort, and energy it took to create this thing.

I found this class by chance this morning, after my instructor cancelled her online vinyasa class at the last minute. I really enjoyed it, especially as I am relying on yoga to keep me sane during lockdown. Thank you Ally. It was a great flow and exactly what I needed to start another week of this crazy "new normal".

I loved the class. I especially liked how you transitioned us into crow posture. This is one of the best ways I have learned for moving into crow. It gets your body into the perfect balancing position! Thanks so much....

Thank you Ally and Lululemon for the great video. Instructions are thorough and mindful. Ally has given great attention to the subtle but very effective aspects as well like - pausing, taking breaths between transitions, etc. This practice has been a great resource for me in having some form of stability during these unprecedented times. I FINALLY GOT CROW POSE!!! Thank you Ally! Your teaching style is so easy to follow, especially since I am practicing at home. I usually take class at a studio but I can never fully get crow pose. Maybe it’s the fear of falling on my face. But your instructions made it seamless! Thanks again. I would love to see more videos from you, maybe a series on arm balances and inversions? I feel like I may actually get it. Be Well

@@lululemon It was exactly what I needed in the moment. It was challenging but not too challenging. I liked that she said I could choose not to do the chaturanga and find my own way to down dog. ALso I liked that it was a longer class, so afterwards I felt really good about carving out so much time for myself.
