This is a complete 75 minute slow flow vinyasa yoga class accessible for all levels. Class begins with a 10 minute calming breathing practice before unravelling the body and restoring range of motion from head to toe. Class includes sun salutations, twisting standing flows, lunging lizards, inversions and long, deep hip openers, backbends, twists and forward folds. I have indicated modifications throughout class to suit those new to yoga along with space for more regular practitioners to go upside down and add in push ups if you're feeling strong and energetic. I loved this flow! Truth is I havent done a flow by you that I didnt LOVE! Thank you for sharing your beautiful gifts with the world. 💫 I would love more hour or 75 min flows that teach or give time to explore new and challenging poses.

Holy smokes Fiona, that was so illuminating! Really, an amazing creation. Thank you, truly. I will come back to this many more times I am sure. You brought me to the *nest, juiciest pigeon pose I have ever had. I did not want to leave. I'm hoping it wasn't just mental relaxation and that I don't go bowlegged tomorrow haha! I do think it was the healthy kind of yin depth though. Right now if I could, I would hug you without asking first! Pure love. *I saw that I misspelled "best" with "nest" up there, and I liked it. Very fitting for a happy pigeon!!

You are the best, Fiona 🙏I didn’t know we could make requests… I really like the 75 minute class. I like both rigorous vinyasa classes (I liked the ashtanga 75 min class) and yin classes- there’s a need for both! . Love the inversion options and also breathwork. I'm based in the UK and not ever visited your studio, and I've tried quite a few online youtube tutors over the last two months. But yours is my favourite! I love your voice and your style of yoga. But the thing I loved the most is you allowing enough slow steady breaths between movements. I really enjoyed all the videos you've created. Keep on sharing the great practices.

it is funny you are mentioning that. My first 5 years of yoga practice between 2010 and 2015 were all 120 minutes sessions and they were amazing classes!

I have had this in a playlist for ages. Delighted to have finally tried it. Loved it I especially liked the opportunity for inversions. I felt I needed a longer shavasana feeling amazing afterwards.

Great! It was meant to be a stronger class but was more mellow than imagined. I’ve another that I planned today including upside down :-) hard to find quiet time to record... full house here including boyfriends of my girls in lockdown once more! Two Birds Yoga Yeah, loved the length.Time flies when you’re having fun.
Just what I needed today! I really found more space and length in some of the asanas! And I really tried to pay attention to my breath and notice the in and out! I enjoyed the longer flow, too, this evening. Favorites were the arm combos featuring the cactus at the beginning, the “hip massage” later on, and the focus on the thigh stretch prior to pigeon.

I love the 75 min flow but unfortunately today and the last few days of doing flows I started developing pain in my wrists. Im new in yoga, started with your channel only 2 weeks ago (completely switched gym with yoga). Do u have any tips for beginners with wrist pain like me?

Oh that’s a shame about your wrists. I’m sorry to hear this. And I’m not live to see your alignment. First, give them a rest… I have two wrist free flows on the channel you can practice if you’re still keen to move. Second, I would check out my tutorial on chatarunga dandasana (push up) and make sure you’re doing it with correct alignment. Maybe even try it by a mirror so you can see for certain how it looks. We spend a great deal of the class on our hands and if you’re not used to it, your wrists can get sore. But with correct alignment and over time, they’ll get stronger. Remember also, when you do have your hands on the mat… make full contact. All the knuckle mounds of your palms pressing, particularly index and thumb so you take the heat out of your wrists and let your forearms support you. I hope this helps.
