This video addresses the link between fatty liver, and non-alcoholic fatty liver which is related to food, and its link to higher chances of blocked arteries, revealing worst foods causing both, including seemingly healthy ones, and discussing beneficial foods.
7. Refined carbohydrates are linked to fatty liver and blocked arteries due to their role in promoting insulin resistance, inflammation, and lipid imbalances in the body.
6. Excess salt consumption is associated with an increased risk of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to its impact on blood pressure regulation and vascular health.
5. Consuming toxic oils is connected to the development of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to their inflammatory properties and adverse effects on lipid metabolism.
4. Fast food consumption is implicated in the development of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to its high levels of unhealthy fats, refined carbohydrates, and excess calories.
3. Sugar intake is linked to the progression of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to its role in promoting inflammation, insulin resistance, and unhealthy lipid profiles.
2. Processed foods contributes to the risk of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to their high levels of refined carbohydrates, unhealthy fats, additives, and preservatives.
1. Alcohol consumption is associated with the development of fatty liver and blocked arteries due to its effects on liver function, inflammation, and cardiovascular health.

I gave up soda and replaced it with Alkaline88 water. This water not only has electrolytes, it has Himalayan minerals. Not all water is created equal. I never thought about the water I drank; however, I swear this is the best tasting water I have ever had. It's expensive for water; however, the best investment you can make is in yourself. This combined with walking 1 hour a day with my dogs changed my life. I lost 20lbs and now I am exactly the weight I'm supposed to be.

I was 180 pounds. I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, with fatty liver. Today, I weigh 156 lbs. I thought I was making better choices. However, through your informative video, I realized that further changes will be needed, and I will conduct a study on my progress and repost what I found through personal experience and be of help to anyone who could use encouragement. THANK YOU ❣️ and God bless you for sharing this important information.

Are you still diabetic and do you still have a fatty liver? Over the last 4 months, I dropped from 269 lbs. to 225 lbs. I am, very sadly, still diabetic, but I have hope that losing another 20 to 30 lbs. might bring me out of it, however, my liver enzymes have already dropped from waaaayyyy above normal to high normal for the first time in about four years, so my liver is losing its fat. Meanwhile, I've been on a low-dose statin for quite awhile, but just since the weight loss, my LDL and total cholesterol dropped like a rock, my HDL rose while the HDL:LDL ratio changed to excellent, and my triglycerides dropped to normal - but my hs-CRP is still unhealthy. I'm working on my choices too, and planning to drop those further pounds.

I just left the store. I was craving a healthy meal with salmon and vegetables. Unfortunately the USA makes it difficult. It would have cost me over $50 for fruits and veggies and fish. I can’t pay that just for one meal. I settled with a broccoli and tofu meal which was good, I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to eat healthy.

When I was younger and drank a couple of beers every day I quit for a couple of months. After about 6 weeks of sobriety my mood lifted proving to me alcohol is a depressive drug. I still enjoy an occasional drink, but know if I over do drinking on a Saturday night I'll have a delayed depression on Wednesday. That delayed hangover happened enough times for me to believe it and carbohydrate hangovers from big meals still happens to me. By following similar food guidelines mentioned here, especially giving up soda pops, I lost over 80 lbs. Eating fruit for sweet snacks is another habit I developed that has saved my life. With the many new diseases floating around and as I age it's important to build up our immune system as much as possible.

You can reverse fatty liver depending on how you eat, and depending on how much damage it has done, mine is minor, I also have it , mine is autoimmune . They recently told me to take 2 tablespoons of organic olive oil unrefined, expensive, but worth every penny 2 times a day, it helpes flush and clean your liver out of the very bile that destroys it, you need to eat clean, sugar is the worst, among white flours, etc. I am doing it now, and I feel great. With lots of energy, you can do a good cleanse of your body and start from there. Good luck.

If we know how harmful these foods are for our bodies, why then don’t Governments ban food manufacturers from using them?

The regulation of food products and ingredients is a complex and multifaceted process that involves various stakeholders, including government agencies, food manufacturers, scientific researchers, and consumer advocacy groups. While some harmful food ingredients or practices have been restricted or regulated by governments, several factors contribute to the challenges in implementing widespread bans: Scientific Complexity: Determining the safety or harm of specific food ingredients often requires extensive scientific research and evaluation. The effects of these ingredients may vary depending on factors such as dosage, individual health, and overall diet. Industry Interests: The food industry plays a significant role in the economy, and it often resists regulations that could impact its profitability. Food manufacturers may have substantial lobbying power, making it challenging to enact strict bans on certain ingredients. Consumer Choice: Governments aim to strike a balance between regulating harmful ingredients and preserving consumer choice. Banning certain foods or ingredients entirely may infringe on individual freedoms and preferences. Regulatory Frameworks: Regulatory agencies like the FDA in the United States or the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA) in the European Union have established processes for assessing and regulating food ingredients. These processes can be slow and may require extensive scientific evidence to make changes. Global Supply Chain: Food production often involves complex global supply chains, making it difficult to enforce bans uniformly across all regions. Instead of outright bans, many governments and regulatory agencies focus on other strategies to promote healthier eating, including: Labeling: Requiring clear and informative labeling on food products to help consumers make informed choices. Education: Conducting public awareness campaigns to educate consumers about the potential risks of certain ingredients or dietary practices. Regulations: Implementing limits on the use of specific ingredients or setting maximum allowable levels for contaminants. Incentives: Providing incentives for food manufacturers to reformulate products to be healthier. Ultimately, food regulation is a dynamic field that evolves as new scientific evidence emerges and public health priorities change. Advocacy, consumer demand, and public awareness can also play significant roles in driving changes in food production and regulation.

We're truly sorry for the loss of your brother. Grief and loss can be incredibly difficult to navigate, especially when it relates to something as personal as health. It's natural to have a mix of emotions during this time, including sadness and regret. Please remember that you made the best decisions you could with the information available to you at the time. It's not your fault, and you are not responsible for your brother's choices or the outcome. Grieving is a process that takes time, and it's important to be patient with yourself and seek support if needed. If you're struggling to cope with your feelings, consider reaching out to a mental health professional or a support group. They can provide guidance and a safe space to process your emotions. Your brother's memory will always be a part of you, and finding healthy ways to remember and honor him can be a healing journey.

Tragicly, heated refined oils are trans (altered) fats also, not just hydrogenated oil. Redefining the term allows food processors to include but not count them. The natural cis form(s) are used in cell membranes and facilitate oxygen transfer, trans oils cannot. Oxygen depravation leads to cells reverting to sugar fermentation for energy as in cancer...,...,.

  • @HeartDiseaseCode

    @HeartDiseaseCode

    11 ай бұрын

You bring up an important point about heated refined oils and their potential impact on our health. It's true that trans fats can form when oils are exposed to high heat, and these altered fats can indeed have negative effects on our cardiovascular health. It's crucial to be mindful of our cooking methods and choose cooking oils with higher smoke points to minimize the formation of trans fats. Opting for healthier fats like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil for cooking can be a better choice. Additionally, you're right that the structure of trans fats can impact cellular processes and oxygen transfer. This is another reason why it's important to prioritize heart-healthy fats in our diet. Thanks for sharing this insightful information with the community!

I think I do well considering, in my youth, as children we all went for sweets & chocolate. We had a healthy diet at home & evenmin my teens. I gave up sugar in hot drinks from when I was 15 & rarely add this to my green tea today. As I was active with in sport, but rarely took a coke or soda to quench my thirst, I've always taken fish oil since around 20, to help with my sports & active lifestyle over the last 40 years. Even though we did proper home cooking with our 2 sons, when at school as theyve got into their 20s, they still eat similarly but always go for sodas or burgers if out & about if peckish! We usedvto gave & still drink lots of water & squash instead. Ive hardly eaten burgers or fast food during my life so far, but I can honestly say, as a proud Brit, fish & chips are still a favourite occasion. If one thing, for me, I had an op in late 2021 & that was tough on my diet, given I needed good badic low fat foid, but the hardest thing was to avoid sugary hits because you get bored etc. A steady recovery process was helped by adding Prunes, Aprocots, Chia & natural mixed nuts with a spoon of Olive oil 3 times weekly & I've done well health wise. Discipline is difficult but it helps in regulating any craving, something you stick to. With the occasional beer at weekends, still nibbling chocokate in smaller doses, I think my fish oil past has helped me more than I realise too! Great video & something I can share with my fast food sons... You never know?

It's upsetting to have so much conflicting information. I read an article stating that canola oil was better than vegetable oil for cooking, so for the past few years I've been using canola oil for all my baking and frying. I had friends pushing honey on me as a sweetener, but then found out that honey is 30% glucose and 70% fructose! And that fructose is the worst of all the sugars for your health. That table sugar is 50-50% glucose-fructose, which is a much much better ratio and much easier on the body. I'm at the point now where I don't really care anymore what science says or what KZread doctors say. Just leave me alone. When I die, I'll die knowing that I enjoyed every bite! [just venting as I don't really feel that way] Frustrated consumer is what I am!!

Some of the information is conflicting. I recently watched a video about kidney failure. One doctor said protein is dangerous for someone in grade 2 kidney failure. Another KZread video said that protein is not the problem. The problem is that the kidneys are not putting back the protein it processes into the body, but dumping it through the urine. How much protein you eat is of no consequence. Both claimed to be "board certified" physicians. So my comment is that just like this video is saying one thing, I can find other videos that say the exact opposite. So I'm frustrated. So what is your point in commenting? @@Hippy2021
