Side note: maybe you can look up Fred evrard. He survived cancer colon stage 3. He wrote a book and journal what he ate and drink. Hopefully that would help. Dr. Berg also interviewed him. My mom had stage 4 breast cancer. She cancelled her first chemo appointment in the last minute and decided to change her lifestyle. Strict diet, lots of herbs . After almost half year she came back to same doctor for check up and the cancer was gone.

I am currently healing naturally from stage 3 breast cancer. I don't think of it as scary, I think of it as my body telling me something is wrong and I need to change. Causes were many, including a high sugar diet, stress, poor sleep and emotional loss. My cure includes intermittent fasting with animal based keto, grounding, emotional release, setting my circadian rhythm's with the sun, fenben and most importantly, a home rife machine. The tumour is almost gone after 6 months of self treatment so I know my changes are working.

Perfectly timed lecture for me. My Father just died a few days ago from cancer 💔. Seeing my parents deteriorating health and starting to see similar symptoms in myself is what started me on this health journey that brought me to low carb, one ingredient foods, return to exercise and making great efforts to reduce my stress levels that were astronomical. I feel like a new person. I wish more folks would open their eyes to what is slowly killing them over time. Eat at home with the best quality ingredients that are possible for you to get. Avoid eating out as almost all restaurants use garbage ingredients. Learn to cook! If it's in a package or a box, avoid it. If you have an addictive personality, get addicted to nature and/or any form of art to keep yourself busy. It's not easy sometimes. But as for myself, my goal is healthspan with my lifespan. Wishing everyone a very happy and healthy new year.

He was ok when we brought him to the hospital .only there was a lump in his stomach, the doctors told us that he'll undergo chemo first b4 surgery but his health deteriorated while waiting for his chemo... When he was brought to PICU for the last minute , the doctor told us that his small veins in the kidney were damaged by too much medicines & antibiotics injected to him so he suffered bleeding ... 😭😭😭😭 If we brought him home , and let him take natural/ herbal medicine maybe he's still with us ... If only the doctors didn't discourage us to go with natural medicine...if only we brought him home after a week of confinement... I'm sorry my son💖💖💖😭😭😭😭😭🙏🙏

This doctor must be my spiritual brother or something along those lines. I’ve been called a fanatic by friends and even family for the way I choose to live, but something dawned on me after many years of studying how ailments and illness emerge in the human body. 10 years ago (early 40s) I decided to completely remove carbs and sugars from my diet. I obviously ceased all alcohol consumption at the same time, but I wasn’t really ever a big drinker. Every video I watch and everything the doctor says I can honestly say that I feel like its me talking to myself 10 years ago. I can so absolutely relate to what Dr Ekberg says that its uncanny. It’s how I live, simple. To a certain extent I feel vindicated, because as I have said, it hasn’t been easy being steadfast about diet or refusing putting pills in my body. People, friends and even family have jibed me for years, but it was my heart that told me that my way was the right way, and seeing these videos is such a pleasant recognition for me, since it seems that what my research told me allied to my absolute conviction in what I thought, was actually right. Thank you so much, and please people take heed to this brilliant holistic doctor.

I refused chemo and followed a holistic protocol. I changed my lifestyle went plant based & organic when I can no sugar and I don't drink alcohol. Each check up after my operations are clear of cancer , I feel fantastic. My mission was to be as inhospitable to this cancer. The most important food I ate and still do is organic goat requeson cheese mixed with linseed oil use a hand blender to mix in the linseed oil & then sprinkled with flaxseeds blended to powder in e.g a coffee grinder. This helps to fuel my cells with Oxygen , my saviour & a positive mind helps too!

Thank you so much for making this video! My father passed away suddenly last year from acute leukemia at age 74. it has been really tough, but I always think to this day if there was any way it could have been prevented. Though it is too late, I am glad I learned and also noticed some things that may have caused the leukemia after watching my video. My dad always did some exercise almost everyday, but I remember he LOVED sweets. He ate quite healthily except for the sweet stuff and snacks so there are the sugars and possible chemicals (also he worked with engines and stuff in the US Navy before he retired so that could be one too). He moved with us to my mother's home country so there was everyday stress and also he was listening a lot to those conspiracy related things and was angry all the time because of what he learned, truth or not. So I believe this may have been some of the causes... That being said, I will do my best to get exercise and change my diet, as well as reduce stress not only to prevent cancer, but to feel stronger and happier. 😁

Nuts replace bread & rice, vegetables replace tinned easy foods, water is now my main drink.... and I have cleared a lot of brain fog, aches and pains and my troublesome sinuses and mucus production has eased a lot! I am now slowly journeying into fasting as well! I am going to start growing my own vegetables this next year (the idea of it being the pesticides etc that are bad) but for now yes I'm much more active than before, have killer thigh and calf muscles, and not only no problems but feeling a lot more enegetic for the rest of the day. I think we are all different though. Oh and I phased sugar (and coffee) out, and I'm not afraid to break the diet a little if I feel like having something, it's strict, but not to the point where I feel bad if I do slip one day out of 14 or something. Im 38. I had most of these symptoms discussed for years. Got my bloodwork done. Everything was perfect ,apart from Vitamin D.I was severly deficient. I guess living in Uk for 13 years didnt help.Started taking vitamin d pills almost 4 weeks ago. Slowly the symptoms are clearing up. Ive also quit coffee 2 months ago (I have a regular tea maybe once in 2 days) and started gym on top of that :)

@@AkinoluSanda My sleep cycle improved a lot by quitting coffee and ocaasional energy drinks. And one thing worth noticing. When I was drinking coffee regularly I almost never dreamt. And I really missed my dreams.Since quitting coffee 2 months ago, I swear there was not a single day when I would wake up and not remember what I dreamt that night.

I have never seen remission in brain tumours, which includes my brother-in-law who left us at the young age of 34, leaving my sister a widow with 2 young children, he had most of it removed but it was too close to the brain stem to get all of it. He went from an Athlete to a cripple overnight, never regained his sight or ability to talk and just made vocal sounds...it was the hardest time of us as a family and I have known this happen to other people too...they just never ever went into remission leaving me to believe that a brain tumour will take you every single time. Love to all who are facing this unforgiving illness today. x

So-o-o-o happy that I found you last year and, as such, I've shared your videos with a countless number of friends and family members. I've also embraced Intermittent Fasting (now at my ideal weight) and healthier eating including reduction of sugar/carbs/fast food and an emphasis on cleaner eating and use of healthy fats. But I'm concerned about things I did years ago that might have started me on a path to cancer. As mentioned, I've taken steps to minimize cancer chances, but just wondered how much of an effect sugar reduction, etc, would influence a cancer already set in motion. I find this aspect of your video fascinating and hope you'll be able to share more info in the future on spontaneous remission.

Thank-you for explaining this in an easy way for us laypeople, and to give us hope, and encourage us to continue to avoid the crap (oups, sorry) that is thrown at us So true about what you said about being lead to think we are helpless. We are not told that the majority of people that end up succumbing to illness have neglected their bodies for the longest time. They will only use that one off freak case of an otherwise healthy person as a poster child of cancer. I sometime think we are falling back into the dark ages.
