    Vitamin D needs to be vitamin D3. And the D3 needs to be olive oil based and must be taken with a little fat. I take mine right after I eat my yogurt. I was shocked at how low mine was when I got it tested before I started taking it in supplement form. Low Vitamin D levels are associated with breast cancer and other diseases. As an aside, Vitamin D is actually a hormone.

    But thats all they do is prescribe drugs,when you show any resistance and ask for a natural way, you get told by yhe Doctor with frustration" I try to have a relationship with my patients but you are not helping me" they make YOU feel bad for not allowing them to KILL you with the drugs,then YOU have a relationship with Rite aid or CVS or the other legal drug dealers calling you like a crazy to come get your drugs!!Then you get calls from the doctor to see if its killing you like its suppose too and have you getting blood test to confirm its in your system to kill you like it should.But it is according to your insurance with cheap insurance you get killed cheaply,by Good RX.They never really tell you what nutrients or vitamins the drug depletes so you can replace it ,so you wont develope another condition.😢The answer soon Isaiah 33:24 will be fufilled "And no resident will say "I am sick".JW,org😊

    Sorry but I've been fishing for many years and that picture that you call a Spanish mackerel Spanish mackerel got spots on them white gold type of spots on them so what you posted up was the wrong mackerel that's a Boston mackerel
