Today, I’m going to cover the surprising potential causes of autoimmune diseases. There are so many people developing autoimmune diseases around the world, and I want to share what I think is going on.
When it comes to autoimmune diseases, we need to ask the right questions. Instead of asking what causes autoimmune diseases, I think we need to ask what causes immunodeficiency or immunosuppression. We also need to ask what causes harmful microbes that are dormant to become active and cause problems.
Well-known triggers of autoimmune diseases:
• Chemicals
• Toxins
• Leaky gut
• Drugs
• Corticosteroids
• Chemotherapy
Surprising potential causes of autoimmune diseases:
• An excessively clean environment
• Infant formulas
• A problem with your VDR (vitamin D receptor)
• Major stress
• Antibiotics
• Loss of the microbiome
What you can do if you have an autoimmune disease:
1. Take high doses of vitamin D3 with vitamin K2
2. Take TUDCA
3. Take probiotics (unless you have a gut problem)
4. Reduce the fiber in your diet (if you have a gut problem)
5. Get on the keto diet
6. Start intermittent and prolonged fasting
7. Do a stress detox

My dog was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that was causing inflammation around his spine on his neck which left him unable to walk. At the same time, his sister developed flank alopecia. I did research and found out her condition was caused by low melatonin. I figured they probably have the same issue but different responses. They are both all white and like to avoid the sun. In responses, I take them in the sunshine a lot more and bought them a red light. I also put them on a low carb dog food and give them nutritional yeast. My dog went from being paralyzed to being in the best shape of his life; running around like crazy. Still waiting on his sisters hair to grow full back but it stopped falling out. Thanks Dr. Berg, you saved my dogs life.

Thank you for this video Dr Berg. I was injured by one Pfizer 💉14 months ago. Now I have small fiber neuropathy, POTS, positive long covid + mecfs markers on in depth tests I did in Germany, trouble walking (so need a cane some days), 24/7 pain...and so many other symptoms that all came on after the one shot. I have tried many protocols, have a great naturopath who has helped me more than any Doctor has and even had stem cell therapy which helped a little but I am far from healed and cannot work. I was a healthy full time touring singer songwriter musician before getting the 💉who traveled all over Europe often via train with my guitar, tiny travel keyboard and suitcase so I was quite fit. Never in my wildest nightmares would I have believed the 💉could have done this to my body but my experience has opened my eyes completely, not just about my own health but about what's going on in the world. I was hesitant about getting the 💉 as I was quite healthy but felt pressured at the time. Now I regret not trusting my gut but I wasn't sure how I could survive financially at the time as was not allowed to work without it. I still haven't had Covid (did in depth testing to check this at a lab) and not had a cold in over 5 years. I will regret the decision I made on the 16th June for the rest of my life. For over 14 months it's been so difficult physically, mentally and financially and it continues to be so but I am grateful that I am not worse than I am as I have met 1000's of others via support groups and social media who are even sicker than me and that breaks my heart and angers me. There is no help for us from governments or the medical system and we have been censored and treated like garbage. Alternative health sources have become a godsend to us as well as any Doctors/medical practitioners that are willing to speak honestly about health issues/causes. Many thanks from an Aussie musician who hopes to get my life back xx

Much respect to you for your achievements. That is a mighty long marathon. For diagnosis, testing, urgent/ER matters, I go to any doctor in the insurance network to get lab testing. Then, I figure out how to treat myself or go to integrative or functional medicine doctors, if I can afford them. (My insurance does not cover them.) I was very sick 9 years ago. Regular doctors couldn't figure out the matter/s, but wrote me lots of scripts. Had I taken those drugs, I know they would have made me worse or have ended me. The road back to wellness revealed many scary things about the systems that currently exist. What a blessing someone like you are aware and care. Hopefully, systems will start to remedy themselves. My self-healing was 3-pronged: psychology, spirituality, and NUTRITION (incl quality supplements). Does not seem you need luck but I wish you good luck in any case @FadeSkywards. 🌄🌅👏

went into the Army (1978) with no allergies, no asthma issues, or autoimmune diseases, after I left (8 years), the list of autoimmune issues was huge! Too many to list! It's manageable today because of drastic health changes and research (Like here...lol). It all started (approximately) receiving vaccines, but the big changes happen when I when overseas and received many vaccines at once! I was hospitalized for a while. Toxic shock to the system. The more doctors helped, given drugs, and more vaccines (if you believe that) the worse I got. To make a long story short, if it were not for the Internet I would be probably very sick in the hospital or dead. It was my wake-up call, and I've been researching and curing myself every sense. I'm about 80 percent better and healthier. Thank God for people like Dr. Berg!

Personally I received an experimental Hepatitis vaccine when I was in the Army along with the bucket loads of other vaxes I was given. MS is supposed to have a genetic component triggered by an outside stimulus. The only relative that I have had with MS was also an Army veteran. Correlation does not mean causation but it's an interesting side note.

After the third one I developed chronic enlarged lymph nodes and tonsils, and chronic fatigue, for almost two years. Every doctor I went to had no idea what the cause was, and none of their testing showed anything. Then I began to develop what I found out 20 years later is Hashimoto's thyroiditis. That book is a bit expensive it seems. I was able to read a summery of some points in it by someone who owned it. They said there’s aluminum in those substances which is toxic to the body and used to cause an immune response. Aluminum can take over a decade to be removed from the human body. It accumulates to a point where the body gets so overwhelmed and confused that, in trying to attack the aluminum, it begins attacking its own tissue the aluminum is embedded in. Babies are more fragile. So when the aluminum accumulate in their brain, inflammation is caused. This inflammation causes neurological defects such as autism. Tests were done on lab animals and this continually occurred. Food allergies, arthritis, and Alzheimer’s are common autoimmune responses to these substances. There are others. This was a just a random summery I found so take it was a grain of salt, but I’ve heard the narrative before. Get the actual book to be thoroughly informed.

A friend here in France starting having problems a few years ago. She has been diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis and psoriasis (mostly on her scalp/neck/face) and she’s gone from a very active person to one who is in constant pain or discomfort. She can no longer drive or work and has a very hard time writing, walking, cleaning, cutting her food, putting on makeup, etc. Her hands get so swollen she can’t even bend her fingers. The doctors told her this was caused by Lyme disease and have tried many different treatments but nothing helps very much. So sad to watch this happen. She’s only in her 40s and worries she will end up completely disabled in a wheelchair. I will try to translate this information and share with her. Thanks, Dr. Berg!

I had the same problems for many years, and now they are completely gone. There was no silver bullet. In fact, I had to change many of my behaviors related to stress, nutrition, exercise and sleep. A really good place to start is to eliminate gluten, lectins, alcohol, dairy and simple carbs. Learn about the difference between omega 6 and omega 3 EFAs. Eliminating harmful omega 6 EFAs like seed oils in fried foods and processed foods and replacing them with omega 3 EFAs like salmon, walnuts and fish oils is critical. Great sources of info are: Dr. Berg, Dr. Gundry and Dr. Sten Ekberg all on youtube. Dr. Datis Karrassian is very helpful but his info is less distilled and requires a more complex dive.

I am landing herein only to find out how stress can wreck havoc in one's life. So it is really true that most of us are dying as a result of stress, especially in cities where even the quality of food is questionable. Yes, there is food in abundance but what about the nutrients it contains? Barely none and this is where most of our health issues originate from. I wish the white man never came to Africa now that we are experiencing too many issues we hardly knew prior to his arrival. Honestly speaking, I wish mother did not send me to school because pressure being exerted upon everyone is untolerable! Indeed, you went through hell but managed to overcome such a turbulent period. That was it.....I never felt normal or well again. So it was 911 chemicals, major loss/stress and massive doses of antibiotics....the perfect storm so to speak. Great video! Thanks ☺ I think a lot of the autoimmune diseases are connected to a skewed or imbalanced ratio of certain gut bacteria so focusing on balancing that alone could lead to a positive change. It also ties into stress, hygiene and the other focus points you mention. I really like that you emphasize making gradual, small changes. That will keep the body in homeostasis. It doesn't like too big changes all at once.

I've suspected I may be having autoimmune reactions ever since a 2015 bee sting caused me to react with anaphylaxis shock - that was the defining moment when my life changed and all of a sudden I have food intolerances, urticaria and way more fatigue (I used to be described as the Energizer bunny by other people). Of course all my tests come back normal so no doctor believes my theory. Have spent almost 10 years now figuring out this list by myself and can definitely attest that these suggestions have made such a huge difference in my life and well being. It's not something that will ever go away but I can live a lot more comfortable using the methods suggested here. Personally, the biggest help has been doing keto, stress detox and intermittent fasting.

I’ve had it for 15 years. I gave up sugar, processed foods and carbs. I haven’t taken medication in 6 months. I took Actemra until it started screwing up my white blood cells and platelets. The next medication (Orencia) did nothing. The diet change has helped the most.

Hi, I'm watching from Pakistan and as usual Dr Berg,s most relevant to my present condition pops out of. nowhere . Never fails to surprise me serendipitous indeed. God bless you Dr Berg. I have been treated for pemphigus vulgaris an autoimmune skin condition and none of my dermatologists ever told me anything apart from putting me on steroids and immunosuppressants..... I suffered from almost all preconditions that you mention..loss, really bad gut flora, and effect of antibiotics. Very pertinent and helpful advice I intend to take help from. Thank you once again ❤️

The WEF just announced +100k new "information warriors" to suppress information including how harmful vaccines are, especially the Covid jab. Even in the comment section here YTube is blatantly censoring comments with critical information. Please check out Dr. Jane Ruby's new video that provides conclusive evidence that the Pfizer "product" suppresses the P53 gene responsible for cancer suppression/immune regulation. We need to scream from rooftops as they are injecting BABIES with this toxic crap.
