Do you actually believe it is better somewhere else? Always get second opinions. If it was not for the US system, I would not have found my cancer as soon as I did. Meanwhile, a relative in Canada dies waiting for an MRI.

Please give me an example when a doctor has told you that they are smart and they want you to believe that they are smart And also give me an example of a doctor hating when you have suggested something and they have been wrong Oh, and please don’t give me just one example. There are tens of millions of doctors… So telling me you’ve had that experience with one doctor or perhaps two doctors is really useless anecdotal evidence. I want something factual to go on.

You are correct. I retired after 58 years in health care (burns, acute care, then as a perfusionist). The insurance companies dictate to the PCP what they can do. "Back in the day" the PCP told the insurances what they did. If an insurance company questioned the MD, he/she would ask them (insurance company) to produce their medical license. That ended the argument. So much easier when you did the test you needed rather than having to go through all other testing before you can get to the one you needed to begin with! In 2001 I was diagnosed with fibrosarcoma. I was told that I had "on the outside" 18 months. As you can see, I am still "sucking air and paying taxes". Hang in there!!

My sister was diagnosed with stage 4 brain cancer on 10/9/22. It was a complete surprise. It turns out that the primary site was small cell lung cancer that had metastasized to her liver, and then to her brain. She never became hydrated enough to undergo chemo and radiation, and for that I am so grateful. The prognosis for her cancer was 6 months maximum if she had undergone treatment. Instead, she died 5 weeks later in no pain, in total peace, having participated in her beautiful Last Rites Sacrament in the presence of me and our mother. She told me she would never be far from me. Please don't be afraid. God is with you ❤.

My brother was diagnosed with Poorly differentiated small-cell neuroendocrine carcinoma (SCNC) on 4/20/24 and it was also a complete surprise. In his 32 year old life he never drank, smoke or got sick. Not only was the tumor hard to diagnose because it was so rare, his Ki-67 was 80% and he was Asymptomatic so by the time he started showing his first symptoms around March 6 it was too late as it had already metastasized to the liver, lungs, L2 vertebrae and even his brain. We tried Quemo as a last resort knowing that his prognosis was less than a year but his body didn’t respond to it. He passed away peacefully in a deep sleep on May 24, 2024 surrounded by his family and all his love ones. It is a small comfort to my broken heart to know that he is no longer suffering and that he fought really hard to survive even with all the odds stacked against him. I miss him terribly and I still go to bed sometimes crying at night but the Lord knows I am grateful that at least I got the opportunity to say goodbye. 🥺💔

@@MysteryFanGirl I'm so sorry about the loss of your brother. He died as quickly as my sister. The reason I'm glad she didn't do chemo is because I didn't want whatever life she had left to be filled with suffering, because some of those drugs can be so awful. I completely understand where you're coming from, however. I cried all the time for about 6 months, and I dream about her constantly. I talk to her almost every day. I try to process her death in small doses so that I can tolerate it. If I start to dwell on it too much then I find that I start to despair. I'll pray for you. ☝️)THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the Salvation of the last day that Christ brought in the second and last incarnation of His new and holy name" "The Work of the Holy Spirit and the Work of Satan" ... (How does one come to understand the details of the spirit? How does the Holy Spirit work in man? How does Satan work in man? How do evil spirits work what are the signs? In the actual practice of men, many appear from the will of man which men always believe to come from the Holy Spirit. The work of the Holy Spirit is a kind of proactive guidance and positive enlightenment. It does not allow people to be complacent. It brings them comfort, gives them faith and stability, and enables them to pursue God's perfection. When the Holy Spirit works, people are able to actively enter; they are not coerced or coerced, but act of their own free will. When the Holy Spirit works people are happy and ready, ready to obey and happy in humility. Those who possess the work of the Holy Spirit carried out the love of God and the love of their brothers; they rejoice in the things that please God, and hate the things that God hates. People who are touched by the work of the Holy Spirit have a normal personality and they continue to pursue the truth and possess character. In such a state, when they eat and drink the words of God, they have faith; when they pray, they are inspired; when something happens to them, they are not sure; and as things happen, they are able to see the lessonsin those things that God requires them to learn. What effect does the work of the Holy Spirit achieve? When the Holy Spirit works in you, you still experience real difficulties: There are times when you will cry, and there are times when there will be things that you cannot overcome, but it is all a just a phase of the usual work of the Divinespirit Your insecurity cannot prevent you from having normal experiences, and no matter what other people say, and how they attack you, you still manage to love God. This is the normal state of the work of the Holy Spirit.) Almighty God said How does one COME to UNDERSTANDING the DETAILS of SPIRIT? How does the HOLY SPIRIT WORK in PEOPLE? How does SATAN WORK with PEOPLE? How do EVIL SPIRITS WORK on people? WHAT are the SIGNS? When something happens to you, is it coming from the Holy Spirit, and should you follow it or reject it? In the actual practice of men, many appear from the will of man which men always believe to come from the Holy Spirit. Some things are from evil spirits, but people still think they are from the Holy Spirit, and there are times when people are guided by the Holy Spirit from within, but are afraid people whose guidance comes from Satan, therefore they do not dare to follow, whereas in reality that guidance is the illumination of the Holy Spirit. ☀️ So, unless one looks at the difference, there is no way to experience it in his practical experience; if the difference is not looked at, there is no way of earning life. How does the Holy Spirit work? How do evil spirits work? What is the will of man? And WHAT is the GUIDANCE and LIGHT of the HOLY SPIRIT? If you penetrate the consistencies of the work of the Holy Spirit within man, you will be able to grow your knowledge and see the differences in your daily life and during your practical experiences; you will know God, you will be able to understand andunderstand Satan; you will not be confused in your obedience or claim, and you will be a man whose thoughts are clear, and who follows the work of the Holy Spirit. The WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT is a KIND of PROMPT GUIDANCE and POSITIVE LIGHT. It does not allow people to be complacent. It brings them COMFORT, gives them FAITH and STABILITY, and gives them the ability to PURSUE GOD'S PERFECTION. When the Holy Spirit works, it MAKES people ACTIVELY ENTER; they are not reluctant or FORCED, but ACT with their OWN VOLUNTEER. When the HOLY SPIRIT WORKS, PEOPLE are JOYFUL and READY, ready to OBEY and HUMBLE. Although they are HURT and FRAGILE INSIDE, they have the FORGIVENESS to COOPERATE, they SUFFER with JOY, they are ABLE to OBEY, and they have NO taint of HUMAN WILL, NO taint of HUMAN MIND, and certainly no tainted by HUMAN DESIRES and MOTIVES. 🌷🙏 When PEOPLE EXPERIENCE the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT, they are especially HOLY WITHIN. Those who HAVE the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT LIVE the LOVE of GOD and the LOVE of their BROTHERS; They REJOICE in the things that GOD DELIGHTS, and HATE the things that GOD HATES. People who are TOUCHED by the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT have a NORMAL PERSONALITY, and they constantly PURSUE the TRUTH and HAVE a PERSONALITY. 🙏🌹 When the HOLY SPIRIT WORKS WITHIN PEOPLE, their CONDITIONS GET BETTER and BETTER, and their PERSONALITY becomes more and more NORMAL, and although some of their cooperation may be foolish, their motivations are RIGHT, their ENTRY is POSITIVE, they do NOT TRY to DISTURB, and there are NO BAD thoughts WITHIN THEM. 🌹🙏 The WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT is NORMAL and REAL, the Holy Spirit WORKS in man ACCORDING to the RULES of NORMAL HUMAN LIFE, and He realizes LIGHT and GUIDANCE within PEOPLE in accordance with the ACTUAL PURSUIT of NORMAL people. When the Holy Spirit works in people, He guides and enlightens them according to the needs of normal people. He provides for them according to their needs, and He positively guides and enlightens them according to what they do not have, and according to their deficiencies. 🛑🙏 The WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT is to LIGHT and GUIDE PEOPLE to TRUE LIFE; only when they EXPERIENCE the WORDS of GOD in their ACTUAL LIFE then they are able to SEE the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT. If, in their daily lives, people are in a positive state and have a normal spiritual life, they possess the work of the Holy Spirit. In such a state, when they eat and drink the words of God, they have faith; when they pray, they are inspired; when something happens to them, they are not sure; and as things happen, they are able to see the lessons inthose things that God required them to learn. They are not timid or weak, and although they have real difficulties, they are ready to obey all God's arrangements. WHAT EFFECTS does the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT ACHIEVE? You may be foolish, and you may not have a clue, but the Holy Spirit only has to work for you to have faith, and you will always feel that you cannot love God enough. You will be READY to HELP, no matter how severe the SUFFERINGS that come. Things will happen to you and it will not be clear to you whether they are from God or from Satan, but you will be able to wait, and you will not be uncertain or careless. This is the normal work of the Holy Spirit. ☀️ When the HOLY SPIRIT WORKS within you, you STILL EXPERIENCE real SUFFERINGS: There are OCCASIONS that you will BEAR TEARS, and there are OCCASIONS that there will be things that you CANNOT OVERCOME, BUT ALL of this is just a PHASE of the NORMAL WORK of Holy Spirit. Although you did not overcome those difficulties, and although at that time, you were weak and full of complaints, you still managed afterwards to love God with full faith. Your indecisiveness CANNOT STOP YOU from having NORMAL EXPERIENCES, and regardless of WHAT other people SAY, and HOW they ATTACK YOU, you STILL do LOVE GOD. During PRAYER TIME, you always FEEL that in the PAST you OWE GOD too MUCH, and you DECIDE to PLEASURE GOD and AVOID the FLESH whenever you are faced with such things again. This POWER SHOWS that the WORK of the HOLY SPIRIT is PRESENT within you. This is the normal state of the work of the Holy Spirit. 🙏 From "The Word Appears in the Flesh" Fulfillment of (John 1:1) and (Ezekiel 2:9-10), (Rev. 19:9,13) 📩 All who have "ears to listen" are led to what the Spirit of God is saying in His lowered and built kingdom/Church engraved with His new name, His totality, the ownership of this disposition, "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD "💐 fulfillment from what was said He to Peter 2,000 years ago recorded in (Matthew 16:18-19). His Coming is the fulfillment of all that was prophesied in the great book of Revelation, so the last "Salvation" He brought the whole truth, the way for eternal life. So the "victorious" ones who will receive them are the wise "virgins" because as recorded in the prophecy of His return no one knows it except the one who will receive it! So "come" and come to His kingdom/church standing in the holy place in the air/KZread! This is also a fulfillment from the book of (Isaiah 2:2/9:6) which He first fulfilled in His first incarnation. 📥 "They say with a loud voice, "Salvation comes from the Lamb, and from our God who sits on the Throne!" (Rev. 7:10). ... and (Isaiah 2: 2 / 9:6) "On the Last Day, the mountain on which Jehovah's temple stands will stand out above all the mountains. All nations will flock there. " . "For a baby boy is born to us. The rule will be given to him; and he shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Almighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace." 📤

I was diagnosed in my 30s with Stage 3 colon cancer 😢 I just gave birth to my daughter, and I was experiencing abdominal pain way before becoming pregnant! I remember my parents who both passed away from cancer, taking me to the surgeon's office, and right then, and there, they did an endoscopy and then a colonoscopy and it didn't come back good at all. They told my parents it was life or death and I need to be admitted overnight into the hospital 😮 so I had surgery, and here I am 29 years later, lucky to be alive. The 😇 were with me, and the doctors and nurses even stated that!❤

I suffered fatigue, abdominal pain, bone pain for years. Finally my smartest doctor tested my blood for C reactive protein, which was extremely high. The oncologist he sent me to, diagnosed me with stage 4 Lymphoma. 90 percent of my bone marrow was involved. I am lucky to be alive. Doctors take a long time to diagnose women. It is terrifying, but she described a bunch of symptoms beyond fatigue. Fatigue was the first symptom and it progressed through to heartburn, trouble swallowing, extreme and unexpected weightloss (huge flag there), etc. I'm assuming these symptoms developed as she progressively moved from stage 1 to 4. The medical system did fail her, though. She obviously didn't feel comfortable advocating for herself until things got really bad.

Bless your heart! I’m in tears as I write this. I am an anal cancer survivor. My GP told me it was a hemorrhoid. I know my body and I knew something was wrong so I took it upon myself to find someone who could do an ultrasound without a doctors order and I drove seven hours to this doctor and seven hours back to find out that it was neoplasm. If you don’t advocate for yourself, you will die With our current system. It is my advice to anyone and everybody out there that if you think you have something wrong tell your GP that you want a specialist immediately and don’t let them take the reins. They are paid by big Pharma to load you up on medicine, for it is best to request a specialist immediately! I wish you all the best and know that God will guide you and keep you in the light and on your healing path. ❤🙏🏻

@@CrunchyMom70 go see another doctor, 1 out of 10 will believe you just have to find the right one. Now, I’ve been sick many times, those times doctors threaten me like if I was crazy. If there is something I’ve learned when dealing with doctors is one, always push for more testing! If they say I don’t see nothing wrong with you, you answer back by saying well for my peace of mind I want more exams done, and you demand them! Another thing, if you have PPO insurance (does not need referral) take it upon yourself go find a specialist, in this case a gastroenterologist. Third and more important. EXAGGERATE your symptoms, I know this is not honest but they will pay more attention to someone in “excruciating pain”, ” having nausea”, “vomiting”, symptoms “everyday many times a day”. This is in case you need referral from them. Also tell them that your symptoms have been there for long and that you have tried medicine already. I know is too much but many doctors will take care first of the insurance then the patient. Sorry that it is the reality here in US. Try any of these if not all and you’ll see a change. I hope they find what is wrong with you and remember that no one knows your body more then you and that no one will take care of it better then you. 🙏🏻💕

Many times over the years I’ve had tests done for symptoms I’ve complained about. Please go and tell your doctors the symptoms are very concerning and you need testing done. " . Many people, especially young women, get disbelieved or ignored when they note extreme fatigue. Alyssa, if reading this, so sorry to hear about having had to go through this. Severe fatigue seems reported by many prior to cancer diagnosis. It seems to be a notable symptom. The fatigue and other symptoms often are not taken seriously quickly enough or get attributed to something else. Tests are inadequate. Thankfully the issue was finally found. Now the next round of challenges. Appreciate much Alyssa’s sharing. This may help others.

As someone with extensive medical issues, especially after having my brain stent, blood work lies. Blood work almost always comes back normal. I was just in the ER because I was very sick and tired. They literally said, your blood work is normal. Mind you, my mother has no gallbladder, my great great grandmother died of stomach cancer. Everytime I tell doctors this, they completely overlook it. Its so incredibly frustrating to feel as though no one is listening.

If you don’t have decent health insurance, you would not be able to get the test done that she had done and all the bloodwork and all of the medication‘s and all of the follow ups and all of the doctors appointments to finally get the diagnosis. That is why you have to vote. if you care about Healthcare, you have to vote for a Democrat. I am in follow up with the neuro endocrine oncologist team as they didn’t want to remove it as it is too deep and too small (they would have to open me up : very heavy operation) so I have my third scan in august to see if it is still there or if it grew or spread. This story was so helpful and reminds me of my experience with doctors at the same time. I went through three years of pain, bloating, heartburn and was told I had gastritis from several specialist and even the hospital when I was admitted the first time. It took me to pass out in nursing school to wake up in hospital again for someone to take me serious. The doctor listened to me, did tests and wanted to get to the root of the problem. Hours later I was told I had to have my gallbladder removed immediately. I had a cholecystectomy done. I was diagnosed with cholecystitis. I did my own research as a nursing student before and diagnosed myself with cholecystitis. Several doctors said no because the pain wasn’t in the right spot for that. The last and final new doctor said she figured it out that it was called referred pain. Pain that’s felt in a different part of body then where the inflammation/injury is. Which I knew and said the same thing to other doctors but no one listened and thought I was just a know it all and passionate nursing student. I’m glad the new doctor and hospital took the time to really do all the tests and observe and think. Unfortunately it took me to pass out and be in so much pain to find out but I could’ve been sent home again. But that new doctor actually did the work and listened as well❤ I’m so glad you fought and advocated for yourself and shared this story. We have to do this to stay alive. I hope all of these stories help others. I would never know what it’s like to have cancer and you are so strong. You will be blessed. Keep fighting

This story kills me. I too have experienced many many instances where medical professionals dismiss symptoms because of youth. And if you don't keep pushing and showing up insisting something is wrong they don't actively help you. You must be your own advocate, search for other doctors, and research on your own.

It's called medical gaslighting 😉 When bloodwork comes up normal they use ego not intelligence. Bc it surpasses their knowledge. Most ppl are vitamin deficient. Even MS root is deficiency. Why are vitamin, mineral and metal toxicity not in normal bloodwork? Bc Healthcare wouldn't be sick care for pharma to make money. When pharma learned 98% of Americans are vit D deficient.. they took over. Hence you need a prescription just for a simple high dose of D3. These ppl hold doctorates and don't even know that high doses of D3 can cause strokes and heart attacks. Vitamin D3 sits in the arteries clogging it. All high doses should be taken with K2 (comes from meat fats). Why? Bc K2 pushes, transmits the Calcium D3 to where it's supposed to originally have gone. To bones and teeth. This is like 101.. and they don't know it 🤷‍♀️ Chemo is nothing but poison. It works in sense like antibiotics, kills all healthy bacteria. Then the gastro has an overload of bad bacteria, hence women than get infections and yet it's the first thing they want to hand to children. The US health system blows my mind. Can't walk into most ER's at night and get an MRI but they will surely give you a CT scan. Which has the highest radiation. Knowledge is power. Keep advocating for yourself. I saw 65 doctors and only 4 were good. I always look at where they went to school, clinical and their degrees. Doesn't always help, sometimes their ego is stronger than their intellect, but always worth the try 😉🙏

I was already on medication for depression, so have appeared very stoic. I even had the inability to swallow a few times with stomach spasms too. It wasn't found until a pelvic ultrasound of the upper GI found hepatic biliary cancer of the liver, I would suggest everyone has pelvic US if they are feeling unwell for any period of time. I'm so sorry you have this Alyssa, you deserve a full and happy life, and I'm so grateful you are strong enough to share your story for others to learn from, and you are doing a good thing by doing it. My biopsy found that I had a PDL1 protein that made me eligible for a fairly new immunotherapy. After 4 rounds of chemo and immunotherapy my cancer is not detectable. I will have immunotherapy every three weeks for the rest of my life but that is much better than the 3 to 6 months I was originally given. God Bless everyone and if you have cancer they are finding new treatments, hopefully cures every day. Don't lose hope.

I had a baby and 2 months after I started to feel side and back pain. I saw 4 different doctors and they all just said it was musculoskeletal pain and to take anti-inflammatory meds. 7 months later im still having the pain. For the 3rd time i went back to my doc and complained about my pain. She once again said it was musculoskeletal and gave me attitude and asked what do i want. She asked me if I wanted a MRI? I said idk, i dont want to waste resources and she says it's entirely up to me in a condescending tone. I said yes lets do the MRI because i was scared. Normally we get a random pain and it goes away in it's own. This wasn't going away so i knew something was wrong. Not to mention all of the other symptoms i started to feel. Numbness in my extremities and pressure in my back as if something foreign was there. Day after the imaging she calls to tell me i have a rare spinal disorder in adults and apologized to me. Moral of the story, we know our bodies better than these doctors. They gaslight us and make us feel like we're over reacting. While they may feel like cancers and certain diseases are rare, it still happens every single day. We may be that rare case. And the longer we go untreated the worse the outcome maybe. Dont just take meds without knowing the WHY. The WHY is the most important but that's where doctors get generic and prescribe meds to just treat the symptoms. Advocate for yourself always. Be safe rather than sorry.

When they felt the need to do a biopsy, it had spread to my lymph nodes. Your story has me in tears as I am now at stage 4 breast cancer. I pray to one day have your strength. With so much cancer in the world, no patient should be turned away without getting a definite answer to symptoms. The 1st time she saw him, she told him about her weird symptoms. Nothing major, fatigue, and tingling in her arm. She'd been telling her own dr about it for months, and he said it's hormonal. She had no headaches at all ironically. My dr sent her for an MRI scan that afternoon and said, "Come back in the morning." The following morning, he said "unfortunately it's just as I suspected. You have a brain tumour and need to go to the ER immediately. 2 days later, she had it removed, she survived 4 more yrs 😢 The surgeon said she had this tumour for at least 2 yrs. It's so scary. @@rp3741 Well the reason for this is because 9.9/10 times, the symptoms are benign causes. And due to the excessive limitation of access to important tests, scans, and specialists, if everyone who came in with vague symptoms was tested for the worse first, the wait time for such tests would be so excruciating that those who need it would most likely not get it on time. But there’s a method to most of the madness! Assume benign (if no blazing red flags) and FOLLOW UP. It’s the follow up part that’s important cause most benign things will improve overtime or with simple treatment, it not doing so is a red flag in of itself

Oh yeah, praying is better than medicine. Praying saves millions of lives every year. NOT.

The declining standard of doctors/GP's competency is truly shocking. They don't think outside the box enough, and simply follow procedure, often looking up on the computer in front of you! Best wishes and prayers for you to overcome this.

When healthcare is a business, the doctors just try to get as many patients in and out for maximum profit. They're not here to heal, they're here to make money, sadly.

I’ve noticed an influx of all foreign doctors from Puerto Rico and India and a lot of impoverished countries. They are hiring them to come here.

Some of my best doctors have come here from other countries. My endocrinologist is Chilean and my cardiologist is Nigerian. Bad doctors have no borders...they come from everywhere... including America. Perhaps you should watch the documentary "Doctor Death".

They beat around the bush and my aunt had the exact same start and journey for her it was too late for anything at all and left her 4 boys behind and happens so fast withing 4 months . Keep your head up up you are not alone we are in this world to support eachother. Stay strong please. You’re a fighter 💪 there is no right words at all. I’m terribly sorry you’re going through this. Your doing everything and you found out. Keep your head up you got this. My aunt asked me not to ask how she was doing anymore and it broke my heart your story broke my heart. I didn’t know what to even say. Life is not easy. Please keep your head up you’re strong and full of hope . You’re not alone. 💜

When I got a bump on my head dr. said it was nothing. Then my stylist beautician said that was not normal & went to a different dr. & they said it was bad & I ended up with a tumor in my brain. Going & going to different Drs is the right thing to do young lady! God ❤ you & so do I! You're meant to tell us about this. Bless you. 🙏

Wow. What an amazing stylist. Or incompetent Dr. Or both.

The gaslighting is unreal. Imagine a hair stylist being more competent than a doctor in spotting abnormalities in a client's head...

@quiCk...my bump was small & Dr insisted that I hit my head. When I got a haircut she said that's not normal..then I got it checked by a different Dr. & was airlifted to SLC. I lived & my kids were crying bc they couldn't be with me. So,when it comes back bc its still in my neck spine area, I lived 7 extra years so I am great ful & ready to go when the time comes. I don't blame the first dr. I pray for this young lady may she get better soon!
