That horseradish I ate last night helped my sinuses open up when I slept. And walking with a dental pick in your mouth keeps it shut for walking, ha.

The bottom of my feet became numb/painful, and sometimes even hot after an epidural😢. Thefore, it is important NOT to put your feet in overly hot water.

I take olmesartan and I was wondering why not just take potassium instead of olmesartan since olmesartan raises your potassium levels

Had blood work done and turned out potassium was in their “normal range” but at the bottom of it Everything else I’ve read from Mayo Clinic I would be called mild low potassium level. I had been feeling some palpitations off/on. Started to track my potassium levels on my fitness pal Man I was barely getting 1/2 the recommended levels. Started to take a potassium supplement and eating more greens. Guess what,,,,palpitations went away!!!! Beyond thankful for all of Dr Bergs videos!!!!

One more thing my cash cow tending former primary care MD didn’t tell me about, or vit D3 toxicity, or that I needed to take K2-mk7 to get the calcium out of my blood, or that DHT had anything to do with my BPH, i was miserable for years, but here i am again Dr Berg saving my butt from the cash cow machine one more time. I look forward to getting rid of my bone spurs and a few arthritic joints. MD in my mind anymore stands for morally defective.

He’s correct about olive oil. However I’m seeing people think the Keto diet is a good diet. It’s not. You can simply add Mediterranean foods to your daily eating regimen will help substantially to alleviate many health issues.

I'd like to add one more reason. It's concentrated estrogen. I learned this the hard way when I ate a lot of it for four or so months, about 20 years ago. I'm still living with the serious consequences today.

I thought estogen is responsible for the enlarged prostate. It has also anabolic efect especially on men's brest , belly and the prostate. Dht is estrogen inhibitor so once men age and testosteron and dht goes down how androgens can be responsible? Do you know any 18 to 20 years guy who has enlarged prostate?
