Sodiq Kokolet don’t believe him. When they come back to you is for a needy reason. They want something from you . They play elsewhere and when didn’t go the way they’ve planed always try to come back. Do you need him back for dependency/money/ or for real love? What kind of actions does he do that tell us that he “pulls away”? Are these scenarios considered “pull away”: 1. He ghosts for a few days and back with a “how are you doing?” without telling the reason voluntarily? 2. One hour phone talk once every 2-3 weeks, just text once/twice every few days and sometimes no text. 3. Give various reasons to avoid dating while he has 3 weeks off from work just because of a 3 hours flight distance or “busy” with other tasks.

Stephanie White I agree with every word you wrote. I'm 69;and have a lot of life experience. Don't ever chase a man, because you won't know if he cares. I know it's hard but it's worth it not to chase him.If he cares for you truly cares he will pursue you at his own pace. Men like confident women and esp kind women who can compromise and not criticize in a negative way. Discuss things in a positive way. No one's perfect just do your best and pray Let things go when you can.

1. Shift your focus off of the guy, and put it on yourself. It will make yourself feel a lot better. 2. Remember the Queen’s 👑 mantra: “I am valuable. I am worthy. I deserve to be cherished.” Say it 3 times!!! 3. Let him come back to you at his own pace. Treat him like a cat…don’t chase them because they’ll run away! 4. Build abundance of options/connections. If you’re not in a committed relationship- start dating a variety of men (build an orbit of men) so that you’re not dependent on the outcome of a specific guy. 5. Have compassion for yourself. Don’t beat yourself up or feel like you’re not good enough. If some guy isn’t acting right, don’t blame yourself. Build yourself up. Love yourself first and foremost. Take care of your body, mind, and spirit. 6. Think about the life that you want. Think of a bright, loving future. The law of attraction. Meditate on the good feelings.

I deserve better than being ignored !

If I texted or called and didn’t hear back, I simply wouldn’t reach out again. 90% of the time, that got ‘em to text or call eventually within a week or so lol. But by then I realized I didn’t really want him that much anyway. If simply not harassing him with texts and calls persuaded him to “like” me again, it just wasn’t the right connection.

NEVER NEVER NEVER chase ANYONE. Don’t dog after people, don’t push yourself where you are not welcomed!!!

The one thing you said in this that was so important (to me personally) was how a guy will still let you pour into them, even though they don't want you in that way. It's similar to the lesson I recently learned about how some guys will sleep with a woman even though he's not attracted to her- only because "something" is better than "nothing". These are game changers for me, and really puts into perspective what I have been doing wrong all this time, but more so, what I definitely will no longer tolerate.

Definitely Lala. Unfortunately when men know you like them, they will often go on ego trips - they will string you along, and pretend to be interested when they are not, because they are enjoying the attention. That has happened to me a few times, so now I am much more cautious about letting men know I am attracted to them. That's another thing they frequently do, that type of game-playing, lapping up the attention, besides using women for sex who they don't really like.

He kept coming back, then disappear again. Vicious cycle, so I blocked him. Definitely his loss whether he sees it that way or not.

My philosophy when I start not caring on the guy I’m talking to & interested in & he’s not 100% in… I lose focus on him and start focusing on myself. Valued. Worthy. And Cherished.

Been seeing this guy only 4 times, was friend introduced us. She thinks we should be good matches. But he never approached me first. He kissed me on the last met and afterwards he suddenly turned off and told me we live differently and because of the cultural differences won't work. I stopped approach and talk him since then. Because no matter how much I like him. I have to love myself first.

I think an important thing to address is also are we using relationships as distractions from being alone? I was going from one relationship to another and attracting the same dynamics which were very unhealthy. And I was also very codependent. I’m taking a break from relationships for at least a year to really just be alone with myself and be OK with sad. I realize that getting in another relationship would be another distraction from feeling the emotions in my heart.

I like the idea of encompassing yourself with the feeling of love in your life, and drawing upon that. And looking for ways to care for myself, and not neglecting my self. All of your ideas make so much sense and after feeling so sad when he stopped being in touch, I find that listening to your advice gives me a sense of relief and inspiration.

Sorry for that. I think the fear is of us thinking it was true and then it dissolving. But I guess if I think of it for the experience itself that it was authentic, anything other than being in the experience is asking for attachment which leads to suffering. I had a nice experience where I felt seen and understood and I will leave it at that

Learning quite a bit. Haven't had any bad dating experience because I am not dating anybody and will not do so until after my divorce in November.

This is the first time I’ve come across you and the first video of yours I’ve watched. I love everything you’ve said. After taking a 2 year break from dating after a toxic relationship, I did a lot of work and healing on myself but have found myself in an unexpected situationship with a man who keeps ghosting me, comes on strong, disappears etc, and was about to fall back into bad patterns of chasing, but then watched this and now know not to bother lol.
