I was crushing on Avril Lavigne too when I was younger. This ideal is not what most of us end up with. We often fall in love with people who are not exclusively "our type".

Guys, ALL of my life I have effectively dated OUT of my league. All of those women are WAY too good lookin' for my ass. Believe me. But the hair is the reason they all say is why they are interested. It's about what we look like. And in my case, I was a redhead and became a strawberry blond with medium length thick hair that looks fake, but is actually all natural. And where do I meet them? In the produce section of Krogers. But addressing online profiles, I have been on them all and never met one person in years of trying.
