It took 2-3mts. U should restrict all sugar items , bakery ,products,oil,junk food, rice. Consume:sprouted recipe,lentils or food rich in protein ,eggs, milk, sugar-free chocolates....etc boiled chicken( if needed) ,,,plenty of water fruits, salads.

Hi sir i have some shoulder issue due to my previous workout.( I took medical care on that issue n it ok now but still i cant get back the old strength on my shoulder) i cant do exercises which r balancing by hand like mountain climbers etc., will u suggest some solution to strengthen the shoulders sir!!!
