Do you have a set of excercises good for fixing diastasis recti ?
I was pretty slim, 115 for all my life since 3rd grade, but as soon as I hit 25 I started gaining weight, eep! I'm 130 now. --and It Really started to scare me. I hope these exercises help me when I get home from work and before I go to bed too. Thank you.

Start: Weight: 67.4 kg Length: 151 And i don't want to share my age ❤ But this is how the first workout went: i definetly feel burn and i thought this was very hard. Day 2: It was surprisingly easier, and i thought it was much easier! Come back for day 3! ❤❤❤
