I create this channel for the help of the people ,those who can't go to the yoga studio, and those who don't have too much free time.
For better life i request to all of you please practice Yoga Asana everyday at least 1 hrs and 15 mnt meditation, breathing exercise especially Pranayama .
Practicing yoga has made me a very energetic and enthusiastic person.

Sir thank you so my neck humb was too horrible i started it from may 20 today is jun 11 my neck is now completely disappear thank you once again.. 20may 2024 got results in 11 june 2023.. it really work under 15 days
