    Rhythm is the key: you keep such a musical structure in your sequences (with cardio accelerations & rallentandi, strenght crescendi & diminuendi) that attention to our bodies keeps intense all the time. And most important: the balance between strengthening the core and stretching (kind of musical bridges among the main strengthening "melodies") keeps the body healthy.

    I don't know how many times I've already done this workout with the video! Probably my tenth or eleventh time, and love it every time I try it from beginning to end! I sit all day long and have neck and hip issues so this was really helpful for my posture!

    This exercise has been my saviour doing quarantine! So many congratulations, it’s an excellent program and indeed a full body workout! My best out of many I’ve seen so far !     True to form, another fabulous class! I was feeling happy just anticipating taking this class this morning, and I was feeling such joy the entire 45 minutes!     I loooove your workouts. Thank you so much for them. I try to do your Pilates at least twice a week with friends over zoom. Your instructions are so clear and precise and well timed that one has to glance at the screen just once in a while and can focus entirely on what one is doing

    Thank you so much for saying that…I really appreciate it. I think we get the most out of our workouts when we can really feel “in the moment” in our minds and bodies and not have to stare at our screens constantly. Occasionally I’ll get rude comments claiming that I “talk wayyy too much.” I then tell them to go over to another KZread channels where there’s ZERO talking (and zero instruction or cues on how to execute the exercises properly)! 🙈🤣🥰💖

    This routine was a dazzling experience for me! My husband walked past during the helicopter legs part and went "woah! That is hard!" I was surprised to hear no strain in my voice when i responded to him. Beem getting stronger while following your workouts!

    T S If you try several of my workouts you probably will notice that I never teach a “traditional” Pilates class! The same muscles are activated, the same concepts are mentioned BUT I like to challenge your body and brain with new movements. Variety is the spice of life! Thanks for your support. 😘

    Tanya Moore Hello! I’m so happy you found me and you’ve been enjoying my workouts! The best thing to do is to listen to your body....regardless of your skill level and strength capacity, you should always “feel the burn” if you’re executing the exercises correctly...but if you feel like you are struggling to keep your form or you start gripping or tensing up in places where you shouldn’t (like your upper body) then you’ve gone too far. I’m constantly challenging my students because it’s important to find where your limit is...and the beautiful thing is, your limit always changes the stronger you get. Try new things and see how you do...it won’t hurt as long as you’re working consciously. Xoxo 😘

    Went back to this one again and doesn't get any easier : ) Doesn't get boring that's for sure! Loved the cardio at the end; the donkey kicks are killers; and of course v sits at the end of the class - ouch! Thank you as always!

    I'm completely obsessed with all of your classes! Thank you so much for sharing. I do seem to struggle with my neck when we do exercises with our shoulders raised off the matt. Any tips for this? I do not suffer from any neck injuries or issues...maybe i have a large head? haha any tips would be greatly appreciated.

    I love you girl ... I gained 5 kgs...in one month because of lockdown but I started following dansique fitness 15 days before and guess what I have already lost 3 kgs in just 15 days also followed some diet moderation along with it ...but I am loving it thankyou girl !I love you so much
