Hello Desiré! I would like to tell you that with your help, I have regained my flexibility, flat stomach, free movements and pain-free wake-ups! I got my love of ballet back. I got a new super form of movement, pilates, which I had never been able to love. I move with you every day for at least 45 minutes. I love every minute of it! Dear Desiree, this workout was so beautiful and perfect. I just did it after my work day and it made me feel so much better. Love your workouts! While I enjoyed this one a lot too, I felt slightly misled by the title and intro-- I thought it was going to be more intense and fat-burny. No biggie of course, just thought you'd want to know :) Keep doing what you do though, your workouts have helped me be much more consistent about being active.

Remember, workouts don’t necessarily have to be fast paced and jumpy in order to be “fat-burny.” 🥰 The intensity is in the intricate movement and of course the effort you put behind it by always striving to execute it to the best of your ability. Thanks Desiree! I think I have to do this one a few more times before I can really enjoy it. Some of the exercises felt weird but that is probably because my body doesn't know them yet. It's always good to face new challenges! 💖
