Did you know that bad posture can really age you? After all Joseph Pilates did say, “you are only as young as your spine is flexible.” And the sad truth is, the older we get, the more our muscles weaken and tighten up so that’s why it’s really important that we do exercises like these to gain and maintain good spinal strength and flexibility. Keeping up with these exercises will correct any bad posture you may have and allow you to stand taller and stronger, which, in turn, will make you look years younger!

    This is amazing but when I was doing the elbow plank to high plank transition my spine crackled horribly loud. It didn't hurt or anything but I got kinda scared there, is that supposed to happen? Great video anyways!

    get me out of my mind I’m so glad you enjoyed the workout! Don’t worry...as long as it wasn’t painful, I wouldn’t worry about it. As a dancer, my body is constantly cracking and popping! 😉😘🥰💕💜💙

    Hello. Really trying to do this but struggling, I have such a bad sinus infection that dipping my head at all hurts so much. Inline with that...could you design a Pilates workout specifically for if someone has a cold and can’t tuck their head or move it around a lot 😂 also too much HIIT and movement is obviously not great but I’m so tired of laying down I just want to stretch but it’s so hard without hurting my sinuses and getting dizzy 🙈

    Shana Burton I’m sorry you’re not feeling well! I definitely suggest giving your body some time to rest and heal. You won’t be able to reap the full benefits of the workout if you’re not feeling 100%. Sending healing thoughts your way! 🥰🥰🥰

    Wow ❤️ this one was so DELICIOUS! My back, my shoulders and my neck cracked 🤭 it's perfect for a warm up/pre workout routine... By the way I was fascinated with the first chair excersises, is there a chance that you can make a workout video using a chair? 😊

    Sun Club2018 I started Ballet when I was very young...probably 3 or 4. 💖💖💖 And then I started cross training with Pilates in my teens.
