This upper body workout will be focusing on biceps, triceps and shoulders. A ladder style workout where we will be doing all the moves in sets of 15, then 10, then 5, then back up the ladder!
Keep moving and do your best! Take it at your own level and just keep it going!!

I really like workouts that get me out of my comfort zone. Ladder workouts are definitely a way to do that. I wouldn’t on my own. That’s why I like working out with you Chris even though this wasn’t live today. I like how you mix things up! I feel so accomplished at the end 🎉💪🏻

An oldie, but a goodie. Love to do these vintage workouts with updated graphics. Today I realized that I've lost 17 pounds since I started doing workouts with CDornerFitness two years ago. Loved this arm workout this morning! The ladder style is challenging, but worth every 'ouch' along the way. I enjoyed starting with the 15 - instead of 5, ending on the 15 made it seem more rewarding for me I think, made me want to push through harder. Thanks, Chris, for keeping us super strong & having a ton of fun every morning! Can't wait for the next one.

I went heavier on the sets with lower reps and really pushed myself to the max throughout the entire workout. This was challenging, but oh so effective. I am still feeling it the morning after. Great workout for them Swole Arms!! Definitely feeling the Heat!!! It's nice to be reminded how much I like change in routines, and the Ladder was a Good change!! Holy arms! Going down the ladder was great and I even went up on some weights…but the trip back up was a challenge and the weights went back down! Arms are on fire!

I thought this workout would be “boring” with the repeats but it was actually a lot of fun! It went by fast too… didn’t feel like a 37 minute workout. Thank you for a great upper body day!

This was good! 🔥 Love the ladder style workouts! I even challenged myself to go heavier ( for me: 12 and 15 lbs) through most rounds and was able to with good form. I’ve learned that it’s good to try heavier and then go lighter if needed. (I currently use between 8-15 lbs. I began your challenge using 5-8 pounds). TY! ❤ I have a different cardio tomorrow, but I will do one of your mobility workouts Sunday.

I really liked the ladder format...somehow knowing what is coming helped me to manage the weights better. I did find it really difficult at the second 15 rep though. Cant believe how much this had me sweating! Thank you....

I cannot describe to you the OH SH*T moment I had when I realized we still needed to go “up” the ladder 😂 my arms are jello!! My tri’s are stuck at 12lbs while everything else is comfortable (ish) at 15lbs. Is this normal? Wimpy little tri’s.
