    Thank you. Rather than trying to find a new work out for myself each Monday and Wednesday, I've decided I'll follow whatever you post or was live in the am. I was getting overwhelmed looking through old classes to find something to do after work. Now whatever you do in the morning, I'll do in the evening after work.

    I got side tracked by kids, weather, stuff to do... I get to the point where I start dreading working out, even though I know it's the one thing that will lift me entirely. After much festering I finally got back to it!! And I feel so much happier for it. Knowing you have a fresh programme every week makes it so much easier to pick myself up and join in. And this was a great one to start back with! Thank you Chris!!! ❤

    Gave myself a lunch break to do this and so pleased I did. These bite size workouts are the perfect antidote to an afternoon slump and so much better for me that reaching for the chocolate! Loved the music and routines, time flew. thank you so much.

    Great lower body workout! I really enjoy how sometimes you do a longer combined full body and sometimes you split it up into lower & upper body shorter individual workouts. Keeps things interesting! I always love no repeats, especially on legs. Thank you!

    Just finished this one. Sometimes I just need a quick workout. I’ve been fighting a cold for two weeks now so working out has been a bit of a struggle. Thanks for this one. You think 25 mins oh not bad but when you do the movements for one minute at a time it’s challenging.

    Quick and effective. My timing only allowed me to complete 1/2 of the workout. Doesn't sound like much, huh? Well, it's 15 hours post workout and my hams are talking to me. This isn't my first time at the rodeo. I've been following Chris' program for several years and have worked out much, much longer. Feeling the muscles is good! Thanks, Chris! 💜

    After almost two weeks off I had to come back on my birthday at least. Hurt my back digging out root balls and took time off to get better like you taking off time. Definitely helped the back but man you can loose strength quickly. If you move a video from a past date is that video gone and comments and likes lost? Or is it still there?
