    My arms were done by the end and I certainly felt my abs. They were still sore from yesterday’s workout. I really enjoyed hearing from people who started exercising later in life. I thought I started late myself but it was about 32-33 a year out of having 3 brain surgeries. I had been overweight, had 2 emergency C-sections, and a brain tumor. I lost weight and wanted to get healthy and that has not stopped after 16 years. I love love love your workouts! Thank you so much!

    It's been a while since we focused on obliques. Those felt great. In general, arm work seems to use a lot of abdominals. I want to congratulate Amanda for being a GREAT MOM. She did not call out of work, she went to her most important job! When L.O.T.S. aired last month, I posted on FB that Connor was my age-inapporpiate TV crush. I do the bouns jump too, but I do it on both sides, to be even 🤣

    I am so glad that you highly encourage working out with weights. I used to be very lax with that before finding YOU❤. I actually picked up, weight heavier than the one you picked up and said “ what’s happened to me. “. I did a few reps then hanged to what you were using. lol.

    Thank you for another great session. The way you teach the moves is so helpful especially as I cannot see myself in a mirror but through your instruction I can visualise the form really clearly. It is so easy to slip into bad habits without that. Im delighted to feel that I am improving a little week by week. I really appreciate these workouts.

    Re fill-ins at the gym … my gym is a small private run gym. The guy who runs things is there everyday. He also teaches. BTW he just turned 80 in January. He will fill in for my cardio classes if I can’t make it. I’m the step fill-in. There is only other instructor who teaches step.

    Wow this sure was an arm adventure! I tried lifting 14 lbs on the first round of pullovers and was really surprised that I made it through the round! I am pretty sure I will be feeling this for several days to come. Thanks Chris for keeping us strong!

    Yes!!! This was an amazing upper body and oblique workout. My arms are pumped. It might be warm enough here tomorrow for a tank top 😅 I was dying when you mentioned the Vaseline on the teeth I’m screaming drop dead gorgeous drop dead gorgeous that is one of my favorite movies so funny.😂😂 🙏❤️

    This felt great!! I guess I like the pain/ challenge of the Isometric moves.. Definitely keeps me challenged, especially NOT to lower the weight or drop altogether.. 2nd round was where I could (if I needed) lower it. Abs at the start or Obliques, was a good move. Not sure I could have held myself up after the workout.... Thanks Chris for bringing on new challenges everytime. Don't know how you do it, but glad you do!
