    I'm so fickle. Whenever I do an arm workout, I think "This is my favorite kind of class" (I like feeling core as well as arms). Then I do a leg class and think, "Ah, this is the most satifying kind of workout." Same again when I do a step class, or a kickboxing. They're all my favorites!

    Loved this quick arm workout! And it was no repeats which was great. I'm working on following your advice and adding in that strength training! I think the shorter strength workouts are perfect for me so I don't have much of an excuse to skip them! Thanks for all the variety.

    Loved this one! I love the shoulder focus on this one which is something I'm really trying to work on. I'm in my follicular phase and this was nice to be able to do some lighter weights but still be working hard. By no means was it easy but I really enjoyed it

    Labor day was for laboring around, didn't get to the arm class. Pushed it today. Little heavier with weights than normal. I keep my posture good by walking around when doing the moves. I can catch mistakes easier when doing it that way. I like the feeling I have in the arms after this class.

    Thank you so much Chris! Apparently I said it once and I’m saying it again: this workout was a punch in the face from the very beginning but you can punch me in the face any day! Thanks so much for your hard work helping us be healthy and thank you for being real in videos like this; you never speak outside of your own expertise. You advise people speak to doctors and other professionals pertaining to things that ARENT about fitness.     Love love working arms with you!! You give such great informed knowledge and always modifications which are so appreciated! I wasn’t live but it’s interesting that Natasha mentioned her elbows hurt with bicep curls bc I had upped my weight from 10 to 12 and my elbows started hurting so I went back to 10s and am really focusing on form and not using momentum and it’s helping!! Thanks for another awesome workout! ❤❤❤

    Not totally sure which workouts I want/need to do being new to your channel. I think I should watch your intro video again. yesterday i did legs and glutes strength, so today I did this one. Totally loved this with the bands! Thank you again. I'm going to do the day 2 total body stretch now. Don't think I'll fit in the Taylor Swift cardio today. Might have to do that tomorrow but I've already line danced for 2 hours this morning so I think that'll do me. xo from Australia.

    My arms were shakey shakey but Its was a perfect amount of time. My boys said in one of your other arm workouts DANG look at her arms there so defined and she's only holding a keyboard😊 I said yes try the workout and they couldn't do it😂.
