    Proof that you can have an effective, challenging, full-body workout with no equipment. The 100 push ups from the other day did in my right bicep do I did 50 on the wall and 50 on the bed.     This was a great workout. Especially good for traveling as there is no jumping to annoy downstairs neighbors. Also, another thing to know about your channel, watch out when Chris says some move is going to be fun, it usually means very challenging with crying and cursing.     Love full body workouts especially early in the morning. It is amazing how much better the whole day goes after working out.     Holy PUSHUPS! I am away at a hotel and didn't want to brave the busy morning gym so chose this one! No equipment doesn't mean easy! I almost made 100 pushups - using the wall and the side table! Better than I have ever done! Thanks for a great workout!

    I groaned when I saw no equipment because I knew this would be a challenge. I wasn't wrong. I was with Nastia, I was happy every time it was push up time because that meant that section of hell was over. 😂 My arms are now shaking and I feel every major muscle in my body, I think. It is safe to say this one delivered! 😊

    OMG. I'm dying. I have stairs to get into and out of my house. I'm not sure what i'm going to do b/c my legs are DEAD. I told my self since I feel like I screwed up the 14 daysb/c I got sick after I started. So this week I've decided to follow your weekly work out schedule! THAT. JUST. KICKED. MY. BOOTY. I'm dripping. I couldn't do the entire minute for several of the moves but i TRIED & did what I could. MY LEGS were like NOPE. I'm so out of SHAPE! I set my watch for mixed cardio and it said I burned 370 cal! Thank you....and I hate you and I love you and I'm scared of what the rest of the week will bring.

    WOW, Feeling my arms and shoulders big time!! I did the push ups 1/2 & 1/2 (knees, toes) I can not do them as quick as your count if I stay on toes, but get all ten in everytime.     Thank you for the giggles, Chris, Amanda, and Nastia! It made all the work more fun! But I wanted to let you know, Chris, that I was able to sit criss-cross applesauce (former preschool teacher...can't help myself) during the cool down. This was huge as it has been over a decade since I could bend my right knee enough to do that. 100% proof that following your program works...I am stronger, I have better mobility, and I can move so much better overall, despite having already been active for years, all because of what you teach and inspire me to do. Your. Program. Works!!! Thank you!!

    Ive really missed all my vitual workout buddies over the past week...I'm still recovering from a very nasty flu bug but thought I would give this one a try. It felt so good to move and just being with you all ("vampire'ish") lifted my mood so much. Thank you. Still not firing on all cylinders but I managed this with the push ups on my knees. And, no, I didnt expect the "no equipment" to be any kind of free pass ! Thank you for a good all over workover.....! x

    Who knew you could get such a great work out without actual weights! And 100 push ups - I never thought I'd do them all but I did! Thanks for another fun workout!

    Thanks, Chris, Amanda, and Nastia. WOW, I'm happy to say that I did 70 push-ups on my toes. I no longer give up, I just modify. I'm thrilled at how much my strength and stamina have increased, thanks to Chris 😊
