I’m nine months clean from heroin. I started using in 2017 while I was a junior in college. I’ve been engaging in various practices over the course of these nine months. I got my job back as well. These practices include: - waking up early and making my sleeping/resting place tidy - I meditate for about an hour per day - I take my sketchbook with me and I’m getting back into my love for painting and art - I have my puppy now, and he’s my best friend. He comes to work with me and goes wherever I go. - I go hiking a lot - as the brain loves novelty, I’m trying to learn something new everyday - I intermittently fast - cold baths in the morning, epsom salt warm bath for evening relaxation after long work day - I walk everywhere and I take he train. I meditate whenever I sit, or I read - Good books - I’m trying to drink plenty of water and get my micros - substantial sleep! I’m could go on. I’ll just say that I feel lucky and grateful. -

It is hard being human and we are all vulnerable to unhealthy distractions and habits, but you are a great example of living consciously and with your self worth at the forefront. I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for.

I am an empath, I actually feel other’s pain and I am a fixer, a double whammy. It drains my energy and my soul. I have learned to set boundaries but it is hard to stick to them. We are often the playground for narcissist’s games. I.e. a simple analogy… I have a narcissistic seagull and it has one leg and hops around and knows to come to me looking for food, and of course I feed it. But if somebody else is giving it better food, then he takes off. Now this may seem harmless, because he is just a bird but the analogy that I am trying to make is that some people can play on your caring and guilt to get what they want and when they get it blame you for not providing enough or interfering in their lives. I still feed the seagull, but without fear of guilt. 😝 So what I’m saying is sometimes you attract a narcissist who knows how to play the game You get stuck trying to please them only to find out they’ll leave you in the end, when something better comes along. Set your boundaries. 👍

You managed to draw out a part of Joe Dispenza that I haven't seen it before in all those interviews. You manage to draw out answers that he had not shared before and show another side of himself. That is because you are such a natural genius interviewing your guests. I'm more than thankful for that. Leaving a toxic relationship is the best health tip I can give. It’s better to be alone than with another human bent on destroying you.

  • @sisselhansen3915

    @sisselhansen3915

Yes, that's necessary to even start playing piano. In a toxic relationship, all our energy faints, almost. Just get away! But many women don't have money /economy to get away, we shall create safe places where women/ men who escape toxic partners, but needing a safe home for some time, can stay, in. Somehow we must gather, and rise funds for big houses, farms, etc. (with Pianos, guitars, flutes, happy chickens/ hens who deliver healthy eggs, etc..collective kitchen, all good tools) That's not being "feeling sorry for them!", That's the way to give all persons a new opportunity, to live happily and blissful.) It's:"Love In Action"!!!❤♾️❤🌤️🌎 🐎🐎 ☺️🎼🎶🎹🪕🎺🪘 Drumming is also, together in groups, super therapeutic.. I've done that in Morocco, in the mountains & Sáhara, through all night, changing rhythms in a magical way..and next day, I was like A New Person!! (Ofcourse, our western, modern civilizacion does not do that.. But I assure you; It's a wonderful, renovating, happymaking thing to do!) Lots of Love, Sissel 🇧🇻🫂😘😘

This single event taught me so much about myself, made me so emotionally strong. Helped me countless times to help others. It eventually made me into a spiritual person which fills my life with hope and joy. And I still feel close to my dad because of this. 🐦THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world" (The bad disposition of man lives in the poisoning and destroying Satan, from the enormous injury caused by Satan In his mind, morality, perception and sanity. Thus changes in human disposition should begin in his mind, understanding and sanity that can change their knowledge of God and knowing the truth. As far as humans are more They decrease in the existence of God's existence, and their sanity and understanding are more superficial. Because he was joined that Satan, the conscience of man became numb, he was immoral, his attitude was come along, and he had a backwards Mental insight. After Satan, his former sanity, conscience, and character is a dull and grunt of Satan. Human sanity became deviated, his disposition was like the animal, and his rebellion to God became more frequent and more intense. But it is still unknown or said by blindly. If the sanity and human perspective can not be changed, then changes in his disposition are impossible, so is the pleasure of God's heart. "Normal sanity" refers to obedience and faithfulness to God, in desire of God, being clear about God, and to having a conscience of God. This refers to being a heart and mind regarding God. If people are capable of knowing his own, then they have recovered their sense; While people are more rebellious to God but do not recognize themselves, the more they have a sense that is not based on truth.) Almighty God said The BAD DISPOSITION of man LIVES in the POISONING and DESTRUCTION of SATAN, from the ENORMOUS INJURY CAUSED by SATAN in his MIND, MORALITY, and SANITY. This is PRECISELY because the MAIN things of MAN are HARMED by SATAN, and COMPLETELY NOT like the ORIGINAL CREATION of GOD to them, that man is FIGHTING AGAINST GOD and does NOT UNDERSTAND the TRUTH. Thus, CHANGES in HUMAN DISPOSITION should BEGIN in his MIND, UNDERSTANDING and SANITY that can CHANGE their KNOWLEDGE of GOD and KNOWING the TRUTH. 🙏 Those who were BORN to the WORST JEALOUS of ALL the PEOPLE are the more IGNORANT of what GOD, or what the MEANING of BELIEF in GOD. As the PEOPLE are INCREASINGLY WORSE, the more they know ABOUT GOD'S EXISTENCE, and their SENSE and UNDERSTANDING are more SUPERFICIAL. The OPPOSITION and REBELLION of man AGAINST GOD is his WICKEDNESS through SATAN. Because he was HARMED by SATAN, the CONSCIENCE of man BECAME NUMB, he was IMMORAL, his ATTITUDES went along, and he had a BACKWARD THOUGHT. ☀️ BEFORE he was HARMED by SATAN, man NATURALLY OBEYED GOD and FOLLOWS his WORDS. He is inherently with GOOD SENSE and CONSCIENCE, and NORMAL PERSONALITY. After SATAN CRITICIZED, his FORMER SANITY, CONSCIENCE, and PERSONALITY was BRILLED and DEVOUT SATAN. So, he LOST his OBEDIENCE and LOVE for GOD. Human SANITY BECAME DEVIATED, his DISPOSITION was LIKE the BEAST, and his REBELLION to GOD BECAME more FREQUENT and more INTENSE. But it does not even know it, and it is just RESISTANT and REBELLIOUS and rebellious. The DISCLOSURE of HUMAN DISPOSITION is the EXPRESSION of his SANITY, view and CONSCIENCE, and because his SANITY and VIEW is NOT BASED on TRUTH, and his CONSCIENCE is the ULTIMATE BLUNT, so his DISPOSITION is REBELLIOUS against GOD. If the SANITY and HUMAN PERSPECTIVE can NOT be CHANGED, then changes in his DISPOSITION are IMPOSSIBLE, so is the PLEASURE of GOD'S HEART. If human SENSE is NOT BASED on TRUTH, he can NOT SERVE GOD and he is NOT PROPERLY USED by GOD. "Normal sanity" REFERS to OBEDIENCE and FAITHFULNESS to GOD, to PURSUIT to GOD, to be CLEAR about GOD, and having GOD'S CONSCIENCE. This REFERS to being a HEART and MIND REGARDING GOD, and NOT the INTENTION of GOD. Those with DEVIOUS SANITY are hind. Since man was JOINED by SATAN, he made God's understanding of God, and he had NO HONESTY or DESIRE for GOD, NOT to MENTION the UNCERTAINTY of GOD. The man FOUGHT AGAINST and CONDEMNED GOD, and, BESIDES that, WENT DOWN the ATTACK when he TURNED AWAY. It is CLEAR that the PERSON KNOWS that he is GOD, but he still JUDGES him while he is BEHIND, there is NO INTENTION to FOLLOW Him, and just MAKES no BASIC REQUESTS and PLEASURES of GOD. Such people - people with DEVIATIONS--- are INCAPABLE of KNOWING their OWN ABOMINABLE BEHAVIOR or REPENT of their REBELLIOUSNESS. ☀️ IF people have the ABILITY to RECOGNIZE THEMSELVES, then they have RECOVERED their SENSE; WHILE people are more REBELLIOUS to GOD but do NOT RECOGNIZE THEMSELVES, the more they have a SENSE that is NOT BASED on TRUTH. 🙏☀️ The Word, Vol.1. The display of God's work. The unchanging of the disposition is a conflict ... Fulfillment to (John 1: 1) And in (Ezekiel 2: 9-1), (Rev. 19: 9,19) 📥Calling and leading everyone to His lowered Kingdom or Church because it is still standing on earth in the holy place in the air/ youtube "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD 💐 this is the fulfillment of what He said to Peter 2,000 years ago, recorded in (Matthew 16:18'19). This is the the only Church of each one of our spirit that we must listen to or eat and drink like how we eat, dress and sleep every day so that He can guide us and change us by rejecting the evil attached by satan so as to be perfect, having attained eternal life that will enter the coming replacement of the New Heaven and New Earth. 📩 Note📩 Almighty God said, Life in the Kingdom is the life of people and God Himself. Humanity depends on My care and precaution, and all are engaged in fighting the great red dragon to the death. In order to win this last battle, and to end the great red dragon, all people must offer Me their entire being, for My Kingdom. When I say "KINGDOM", I mean it is the life lived under the protection of divinity, where all humanity I constantly guide, I teach directly, so that the life of all humanity, although in world is as if it were in heaven, the true spirit of life in the third heaven . 🙏

“ you may be addicted to the guilt” is the most profound thing I’ve heard that relates to my life. I would never have thought of guilt as something One could be addicted to, but I realize that is my absolute reality, which I have adopted from my father, who is one of the most generous, giving kind people I know, but always blames himself for every single thing in every situation, I have absolutely adopted that mindset. I could not be happier to have listened to this interview. I’ve been listening to Joe Dispenza since 2019 and have made leaps forward in my life including possessing joy. What he says about the power of change and how when the transformation starts happening you will want to continue and it will become a habit - it will become easier and easier each day is completely true! I still spiral downwards sometimes but I know exactly WHY and I can get myself out of it (living the old story again!) much more quickly. It’s amazing, the changes I’ve seen. All sorts of things on the outside of me have changed as well. By and large, interactions with people are more positive than they ever used to be. Money is coming to me from unexpected places, my work is easier, I’m more efficient, I sleep better, I lost 15 pounds with no effort or change in eating habits. It’s nuts.

@@jaimerr8826 it wasn’t just one simple thing, it’s a journey and piece by piece you create this big puzzle which for me was a big lifestyle change. First, I started regular therapy. There I unraveled my traumas, triggers and thought patterns, got support and tools to better manage my depression. I started reading about psychology and the power of mind, about depression (this can be triggering) to better understand how it works. I also started reading more “spiritual” books - The Power of now from Echart Tolle was a big revelation I started meditating, doing affirmations and journaling every day When I realised how badly I treated myself (my body, mind & spirit) I started paying more attention to this and changing the habits NATURE! Spending lots of time in mature has really changed by inner landscape Getting rid of or resolving your triggers Doing more of the things that bring you joy - it’s an obvious one but still we too often forget to do it Being more aware of the present moment, making small things such as drinking morning coffee outside a sacred ritual Listening to happy music that I can dance to (I love disco house) Talking openly about my depression & anxiety - such a relief really! . . . There’s a lot here but I added each thing slowly and gradually it changed my perspective, my habits, my lifestyle. We are all different and what works for me might not work for you. You need to embark on a journey of self discovery and implement healthy habits that nurture your body, mind and soul - only you will know which they are 🥰 I hope it’s not overwhelming and just know YOU ARE DESERVING OF ALL THE LOVE IN THE WORLD ❤️❤️

@@reidhanson4827 Hey! I started with "You Are The Placebo" and then I ended up reading "Becoming Supernatural" twice. But also, I read "Treat Your Own Back" by Robin McKenzie, and doing those practices helped me a lot. I know that each case is different. What I had were 3 herniated discs in my cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine by being rear-ended twice in 7 months. I really do help that what you are dealing with gets better very soon!

I remember years ago when I was in church listening to a sermon about faith. I remember feeling so inspired and empowered. I’ve always struggled with a speech impediment (a stutter) and had a hard time communicating. I remember feeling so empowered tht something changed in me. I had a meeting afterwards and spoke so well and confidently. I remember ppl being so amazed by confidence and the way I spoke. I’m saying that to say what Dr.Joe is saying is so real. Thankful for his work

❤🎉Wonderful 🙏 remembering who we really are extends itself out from the life of Jesus to Quantum Physics….. From Prayer to meditation to just simply knowing…. We are so much greater and more powerful and more connected to God our father than we could ever imagine. All Roads lead back to God all Roads lead back to the truth. I also do a course in miracles and Bible studies and Dr. Joe studies and I see the truth and all of them.

The thing is, all life happen now, so if you realized all the you want is now, that when things happen, there is no path toward tomorrow, cause tomorrow is now, so is past playing in mind now. When prayer, see the things now that you pray. Jesus mentioned it in bible, but it was difficult for people in that time realize it.

Change is difficult but necessary. The more I listen to Dr. Joes interviews, the more it makes sense. For those struggling, start to see and focus on what is good and working. Keep focusing on the good and stay in a positive mental state, when your negative bring yourself back to the present moment. Keep doing it until you master it. It's like mastering your focus. Keep your focus on what you want to grow. Hope that resonates with whoever needs it..I'm with you 🙏 ❤️ also a work in process for me.

My mom needed a dental implant. They took x- rays and said she wasn’t a good candidate because her jaw bone was too weak, almost non existent, to support the implant post. Within a month she went back to see what her other options were. For whatever reason they took the exact same type of x-ray. The tech came back looking kind of ashamed and admitted he must have gotten her x-ray mixed up last time because her jaw bone looked as sturdy as ever. They called in the dentist. He compared the 2 x- rays, verified they were definitely both hers. She was now a perfect candidate for the implant. She grew bone material in the space of a month. Shocked everyone. 72 years old. Crazy.

I can completely vouch for this as someone who suffered from opiate addiction for 20 us years. In 2010 I got clean the first and started long distance running and weight lifting to break the cycle. It worked. I got better than I had been my whole life. I was healthy again. As healthy as I was in my 20s. I'm 46 now and still living the effects of the change to my body. It's not easy to change but it's more than possible and once you actually learn your body again which after opiates and being numb all the time you get used to that feeling. I found that with me because of my adhd the exercise was a way to replace the the happy brain chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. This for me was the only way to get back to normality after drug abuse. This is an extreme case but clearly your mind is way more powerful than any of us know! ❤ Brother the only channel that hits home with every episode! World need more people like you. ❤

I began stuttering at the age of 13, but by 21 yrs of age, I was able to break free from that. Also suffered from having hyperglycaemia, then also overcame that later on in life. Before learning how to drive, I first envisioned myself actually driving, and then passed very easily. But then I lost that ability, and became more programmed by my negative thoughts. Thank you for showing me the way forward again, and I hope others can experience the same realisation I did on watching this!

This year is my 8th year of sobriety, and I learn something that is helpful almost daily still, I continue to put in work and strive to continue to grow, and learn about myself. Changing my thinking was one of the hardest parts, even after being sober, there were still so many other aspects of my brain that needed reprogramming, it always seemed unattainable , but it is possible, with a clear intention and effort. I am so blessed to have a shot at life and I don’t want to waste it.

I can honestly attest to this. I started a morning routine and meditation was apart of it. After a few days I started observing myself and how I respond to things differently than before, it was like I was having an outer body experience while being present in the moment.

@AmourIntelligence I definitely have done that and honestly the best part isn’t even the stuff that I end up with. The best part is finding out that I do still have a heart but now I know how to guard it. I honestly felt like I was never going to love again. Maybe it’s not even love maybe it’s just the rush of emotion either way I just feel like it’s a dream and I never want it to stop. I wish I could give this feeling to everyone and Joe is showing everyone it’s just amazing. I am working on a way to make it more understandable to children because they deserve a better place to grow.

I’m quite open and the most difficult task I ever did was change something about myself as you are up against you. A negative will feed into another negative but a positive will also feed into a positive. I’m years sober and happily married with a wonderful step daughter. I’m happily content :)

WOW, I DIDN'T THINK THE GURU WOULD EVER AGE. Joe Dispenza changed my life. I found him years ago in a horrible relationship , a blown spine, broke , in pain, underweight, and very ill . I am so so conscious and every day is far from perfect my spine is not repairable but a lot is the medical industry and how they don't provide what is needed. I have pain that still i go back to what I learned and get my life back in short order. I can get my pain level down by massive amounts. If I have a massive trauma I will rework the original program because it works. Im disabled on paper. My brain does me well. I love him! Steve do the program!

This is pure gold and I wish I’d seen this many months ago but this talk goes a long way to explaining the changes I went though (unknowingly) and the feelings that has followed and being left with only the understanding that the soul is love in the heart. A big turnaround in my life and that mystical experience he speaks of is me too. Incredible, I’m blown away by this.

I 100% agree with Dr Joe - years of stress, anxiety and trauma led to an onset of auto-immune (psoriatic arthritis). The first thing my doctor asked me was if I had experienced chronic stress - I'm so grateful I have a good doctor, because most doctors don't understand the mind-body connection.

His book 'Becoming Supernatural' really took my meditations to another level, it's freaking amazing how you can simply attract the life you desire instead of believing you need to sacrifice stuff and work hard for it. Also, the theory of being addicted to our emotions should be explained much more, it's the core reason why so many of us are STUCK in our old behavioral patterns and experience so much struggle with changing our habits (or our life in general). This is definitely a very valuable episode, but I'm someone who has familiarized himself with this material for 5 years already, so it's easy to understand the concepts. But I feel that people who're new to this might find all of this a bit hard to grasp (let me know if you agree). Anyway, reading his book will definitely help with that, so dive into it! The information and the meditations will change your life once you master them, it definitely changed mine!

Those were exactly my thoughts. I am familiar with his work for over 5 years I would say as well, never read his books but watched tons of his interviews. And like you say, in many situations I found it difficult to really understand what he is trying to say, it was somewhat too technical, too scientific. This interview however gave me a totally different perspective. Perhaps I’ve changed, I did a lot of work on myself in those years so I am in a different emotional state to actually be able to understand what he is saying or he might have adjusted the way he’s explaining it. Also the interviewer is absolutely amazing which I am sure makes a massive difference. I am going to read his book, you inspired me. Thanks! 🙏

It healed the horrible fibromyalgia/arthritis symptoms I had for 2.5yrs within less than a week. It was just gone, it opened my mind to believe that everything else IS possible.
