This was fun and a great workout! I loved the light dumbbells added in there too. My arms were really feeling heavy towards the end. I was happy to put them down and do another cardio segment!

CD 50 - Did you miss me? I missed you! We had a lot of snow too...which led to alot of shovellng....which led to a slip...which led to a dislocated right elbow! Still in a half cast, improvising the arm portion. Totally doable totally 4000 steps. Thank you!

So Fun! That storm dumped 30+ inches at my house in NH! You can keep it next time! :D We celebrated the resumption of power by doing this! And that was a bit sneaky with the "muscle endurance." Sneak those in any time! Those are good for me!

This was great - Love Louis. He looks like a little toy. God a bit of a sweat up with the light weights at the end. It's a bit warm here today in Melbourne so that helped the sweat. Thank you! xo

I finally got the "push-it" move!! My bottom half never wants to comply with my top and I always end up doing some spastic movement, but today, TODAY, I pushed it! (and it was real good 😋) Needless to say, GREAT class and great music that kept me motivated!

This was so entertaining and upbeat and so creative. I've actually stopped my workout to write this because I want to remember the order of the exercises so far. I haven't come across any exercise video where the person was talking to what seems to be people from the outside. That adds something to keep us more engaged and adds to the enjoyment. I'm 70 but planning to reinvent myself by becoming a cardio dance instructor and have learned many of the names of the steps. The tap out you did was the fastest I've ever seen with the little kicks of sorts instead of stepping. Soon after you went quickly from side to side almost high impact but I tepped across . That could be a Sashay but excuse my incorrect spelling. Soon after you did a front to back with the shaking. That basic step is the rocking horse but the upper body movements were great. Then the side to side wasn't a step touch but closer to a skaters movement. I love your energy and how you talk continuously. This video was so different in a good way. Everyone should do this along with great music like you play. It's amazing how so many instructors don't play music and when they do, they don't move to it which makes it ambient and so annoying and I must ignore that music to avoid getting out of step. You really took exercising to another level and hope you never stop. But I want to find out where the people are you're talking to. I'm intrigued ! Lol!
