Thank you Mira. I have had problems with my balance since my youth. I attended Pilate classes and others for many years with not much success. However your class has really made a difference. You are always very clear and constantly remind us when and how to breathe. Thank you so much.
Thank you Mira for a very effective exercise. I didn’t like it at first. A bit long but you are always very thorough. As I am getting used to it, I can do it quicker and it has made a big difference. I like the fact you retrain the pelvic floor to be supple and elastic. It makes sense. I am a fan of your exercises. Thank you again Mira.

I’m half in workout, I’m like wait this is not beginner I can feel my body said hold up 😂 , i will catch up soon but for now my body not transitioning yet, love the workouts!

Hello.mam. When you are doing one lung where you are cross the legs the knee alignment is perfect there? I am confuse may be are knee is not comfortable in that Position becoz the ankle and knee is not inline
