    This was hard, especially as I was watching it on my office computer and my feet kept banging into stuff. I am 68 and specifically looked for something to improve my balance. I plan to incorporate this workout into my weekly schedule. Thank you.

    I really appreciated the extended savasana at the end. Many people skip over that. So important to relax and integrate all the movements from the practice. Namaste.

    I love your flows! As a teacher I enjoy classes that move and flow and don't need a lot of explanation. The ONLY thing I always wish is that we held Warrior 2 for longer. I like the first Warrior 2 to be a bit like the first down dog; a place to reset and refocus on strong breath. Thanks for sharing your practice!

    This was tough but having done quite a few of your more core type yoga and Pilates my balance is improving. I love also that you do some resting practice at the end of the sessions too. I’m by no means perfectly able to balance but I’ll do this one every now and then to see how I able to improve 😊. Thank you. Being 65 years old this is so important to be strong as my body naturally calms down.

    Hi Tana! I’m new to your videos and loving them 🧘🏼‍♀️. One piece of constructive feedback - I find it quite difficult to keep up when you switch to the back of your mat (and keeping up with left, rights 😅). Perhaps you can slow it down just a little when flowing to the back of your mat and coming back to the front. You’re an astounding teacher! Much love 💕✨
