Loved to hear the sound of the waves while working out! I’ve done this one a few times: it is great for a day I need a gentle-but-thorough sess. I love the roll-up while holding onto one shin: it works the abs well. I also love Swimming with arms behind the back: it helps me open my shoulders well. Thank u!
