    I really enjoy your videos. You go at a sensible pace that is easy to follow. Your instructions are excellent and I find with your videos I don't need to watch the screen as your instructions describe exactly what to do. Thank you. I also find you quite funny, so you also make me smile.

    Loved to hear the sound of the waves while working out! I’ve done this one a few times: it is great for a day I need a gentle-but-thorough sess. I love the roll-up while holding onto one shin: it works the abs well. I also love Swimming with arms behind the back: it helps me open my shoulders well. Thank u!
