Me too i prefer a guiding and supporting talk from the teacher than annoying music. I can turn the sound off but it is boring. I like to hear the teacher talk to us

Loved the format…I am not a dancer. I look like a power lifter BUT these workouts have kept me injury free ….I am 60 but can train like a 30 yr old. Thank you so much.

I never comment on online workouts but Best online follow along barre ive ever done! I am SOO grateful for this. I love the timer so that i didn’t have to be breaking my neck to watch you. Transitions were quick but other than that- PERFECTION.

I find myself coming back to this one because it feels so good, strengthens, and really taps into my ballet roots. I absolutely LOVE your workouts - I've yet to find anything else that feels as close to ballet/dance strength as this!

I love ballet /barre type classes with weights. Glad I found this instructor. Amazing class
Love the workout! Dripping with sweat! I really miss the voice over though. Your calm instruction helps me focus on what I'm doing so I'm not constantly having to look at the screen, which takes me out of it. I love hearing "squeeze your booty" and "good job guys"! It makes me smile and really helps adjust my posture so I can get the best, most effective workout.

Same! It was a tough workout but I’m not a fan of the music and having to constantly look at the screen made it hard to get the most out of it

I found you about a month ago. I’m pushing 50yo and love your workouts. They are intense without being so intense that I get injured. In fact I’m so much stronger and have gained muscle. I LOVE this format! the beeps help me focus on the activity instead of my screen. But I like both formats, somedays I need the commentary to push myself. I also love this playlist! The music is perfect. I’m so thankful for you and your workouts. Thank you!!!!!

This was fantastic. I used to be a martial artist and have completely stiffened up and lost flexibility due to chronic illness and joint pain. This felt like a great stretch even though I couldn’t quite get as deep or as lengthened in the moves. I did improvise one or two things but I’m hoping to get better mobility from a daily session.
