I felt the same when I first started. It takes discipline and dedication to make your body stronger and make the workout feel easier to do. What helped me correct my posture was to put a mirror in front of me to help me keep form. You are doing a great job by just trying this workout out. Keep it up and you will succeed:)
The best part about this workout was that there were no timers. It was simply you talking to us to switch exercises. Made it even more relaxing. Thank you!
I’m completely new at Pilates, and all of your videos challenge me in a low impact way but I feel the burn more than if I had gone to the gym. I’ve tried other Pilates videos, but yours are by far the most structured and direct. They leave me feeling relaxed, stretched, and worked out. I’m finding myself feeling better overall since I started! Thank you so so much for making these videos.

I tried with your BEGINNER s pilates. It's there any way to get there same benefit without on your wrists? It hurts while I'm pressing on my wrists for so long. I tried it on my fists too. It's better but still hurts. Thanks for your response. I'm 70.

I wasn't in the mood for any exercise this morning at all. But managed to force me to get up from the bed and jump into my leggings... And this video was exactly what I needed today. Gently moving and awakening my body... My spine, back, muscles, and most importantly my head all say "thank you". I am in a much better mood now and I have more energy for the whole day ahead

Just finished this and I'm laying here crying on my mat. I've been doing your routines 5-6 days a week for maybe 2.5 years now. The past couple months of my life has been so incredibly stressful, I've been so depressed and stopped working out, save for going on a walk a couple times a week. I wanted to work out today and this is all I had the energy for. I needed this so badly. This phase of my life won't last forever and I have to keep reminding myself of that. Your routines have helped me through some other tough times, they make me feel so much better and comfortable in my skin. Thank you again for being such an amazing instructor. You've changed lives and helped so many of us through challenging times. Can't thank you enough.

As a girl who’s never done Pilates before in her life, some poses were a little confusing but eventually figured them out! This really woke me up and made me feel good, definitely doing it again🫶🏼❕

I have severe adhd so no other workout channels really inspired me and they were usually really fast paced, boring and immeidately launched me into advanced excercises. Nicole, you're a Godsend honestly! Your videos inspire me to challenge myself, to look as good as you do and to keep healthy. I can so relate! She manages to make breathing interesting and so I focus on my breathing and am completely immersed in the experience of exercise (wow that sounds so dramatic, anyways😂). I love love love her workouts because they are always new when I tune into my bidy sensations.

I do one of these everyday and I hated working out but these videos bring me so much Joy and helped me so much with getting fitter. I use to have back fat and my stomach had some flaps as well and it’s was there for years but just doing one of these and eating clean has changed my body so much. I can wear anything I want and feel good in it and that was so hard for me before. My stomach has Definition and abs now and I have the cutest most toned back and my ass got was more perky. But I am so confident in crop tops and lowrise jeans and I wear backless dresses and tops all summer and I never went to the gym just ate clean and worked out for 30 min thank you so much for these videos ❤❤❤❤ (been eating clean aka no junk food for over a year rip)

I'm not OP but I do have back fat so i can understand you, for now I have been doing Nicole's beginners pilates workout since the first of this year and my back fat has significantly felt less in recent days, you know when you're moving and they don't feel as heavy as they used to ? yeah exactly that, my t-shirts are fitting me looser in that particular area so I think doing regularly 45 minutes to 1 hour of pilates will help you like it did to me ! i wish you luck on you journey ⭐ !
I love that you always have stretches at the end!! It always makes me feel so relaxed.

I’ve been waking up at 5 am every weekday for school and did your Pilates every morning! It’s definitely made a change but recently I’ve found myself getting less motivated so hopefully I can pick it back up and keep going!!!

I can't say enough good things about Nicole and her channel! I have never experienced a workout that facilitates focus, hard work, and calmness at the same time! She is brilliant at describing how to set up alignment of your body and perform the movement correctly. Also, this class was perfect for my level, once I felt the burn, she pushed it just a little bit more, then gave me a break and a perfect stretch for the movement we just did. Nicole is an expert in her field and knows her audience so well. Brava, Nicole!!
I really love the beginners workouts. Still challenging and just give me a moment to focus in form, especially on days where my brain is so tired. Thank you Nicole for all you do!

i tried it for the first time today and i was literally suffering halfway through until the end. afterwards though my body felt so relaxed. will try to keep going at it until my body gets used to it!

This was what my back needed, i've been feeling a lot of pain in my neck and back area lately, so i decided to start doing a bit of pliates during the week, this was such a nice start! Definitly will be redoing this exercises flow!
I am humbled 😂😂😂😂😂😂I will try doing this at least three times a week. I hear that all the really feminine girly girls are doing this so I am all for it❤❤❤❤
Great class! I’ve been working more on intermediate levels but this was a great class to help me remember how important the posture and form are!

Hi Nicole, I have been unable to do pilates for a while now due to back issues. I have been given the okay to recommence pilates. This video was just perfect for me. I was able to complete it pain free, I am so happy and so thankful to God for my healing and to you for this video.
This is the only type of workout I can enjoy! You can hear and feel yourself, no desperate pushing with short breath and heart beating loud in your ears
Thank you for this calming workout. I was feeling really tired and grumpy and didn't want anything too hectic. This class gave me an opportunity to breathe and focus on proper technique will moving an working my whole body. 👍

I feel so good after this workout! Was I perfect? Not at all. I do feel that I can get better as this is low impact and exactly what I was looking for. My whole body feels great!

I recently started working out again and it hasn't been easy, but today I was finally able to do a push-up. Not all the way down to the floor but considering that I've never been able to do it at all I still considered it a win in my book. I'm so proud of myself

This was the perfect video to come back to pilates after a breakt because I was grieving the loss of a dear one. Now I'm slowly able to come back to my self care routines and feeling so much better for it. Thank you Nicole for your videos and the way you guide us through the routines! To any complete beginners out there (like me), I’m validating that this is really hard at first! I’ve done this weekly for about 6 weeks alongside other exercise and honestly it’s surprised me how much easier this routine is! If you stick with it in a few weeks it will be so much easier 🎉

Don't feel that way, give it time. Your posture and movements will improve as you continue to do the exercises. I'm just starting to exercise after a long time and I know it's hard. But I am speaking from my experience, the first week is hard, then you start to get used to it. And remember no pain no gain!!! You can do it!!!

it takes time. coming from someone who had not exercised a day in her life until January of this year, I can tell you that I was awful at first and I felt really embarrassed. But I powered through, just doing 30 mins a day. Now it’s been a few months and my form has improved so much and for the first time in my life I am showing some muscle in my arms. It’s not about being perfect, it’s about just doing it. Every skill takes time and this is no different. Don’t give up.

babe dont feel bad about it, i’ve been doing pilates for two weeks and my form has improved but im still a little rough. you just have to keep trying and you will get it eventually, don’t beat yourself up about it we all struggled with it at one point

I kinda feel the same way.Every time I do an exercise I’m shaking like crazy. However I’ve been only doing it for 4 days and I know it will get better and easier. Don’t worry just keep doing the exercise regularly and you’re going to master then in some time !

This class was so accessible for beginners! A lot of videos say they’re for beginners but are challenging even for very fit folks. Loved the way you built on each movement so folks could be challenged wherever they’re at!
I have to leave a comment and tell you Nicole that your videos are so amazing. I have been athletic my whole life but last year i broke my ankle and post surgery recovery was very hard for me. Thank you for your awesome beginners pilates theyve been so pinnacle in getting back into moving after recovering and helping me rebuild the strength of my entire body to prepare to get back into the gym.
