Even though I have been following you for a few years I still found this "beginner's" class so effective! I enjoy these basic exercises and being reminded how important form is. Another great calss!
I started experimenting pilates with your Pilates for Beginners videos! I've been doing them regularly (3-4 times a week) for 2 months now. I love them because somehow they are all different with different moves and challenges for my body ❤ I don't know when I will be able to move to intermediate pilates, as some of the movements in the beginners video are still very challenging for me. So far, I am loving it and really appreciate your energy and comments during the lessons🤗 Thank you Nicole! Happy to add this one to my list of regulars

Hi Nicole! I was a dancer for many years and looked for workouts similar to our class warmups. Pilates was the closest I’ve found. Day one of trying Pilates! I just finished postpartum recovery and now I’m cleared to start a new fitness adventure!
I loved the beginner's class! It felt so great to slow down and re-learn technique...especially to focus my breath on the moves, which I forget to do sometimes. You are brilliant, Nicole - thank you!
I stopped working out for about a month and a half so I've had to start over recently. I can't explain how excited I was to see a brand new beginner workout the week after I started working out again because some of the other ones really kick my butt. Loved it :)

Until I found your videos. You are amazing, good energy, good nice stretch, between the difficult exercises. Very well explained exercises and how to breathe efficiently. Nicole You teach amazing classes. This was a great reintroduction to your classes Nicole. I’m just over a year post-op from knee surgery and this beginner class is a perfect starting point to getting back into pilates. I just found your channel and I am really enjoying the beginner series so far. I like the flow of the exercises, my fitness level is beginners, but this is a workout i think I can stick with and it feels good on my body. Happy to be able to do these at home. I've come across a gem with your channel and truly grateful for this. My goal is to keep up and do these 3-4x a week.

Thanks for another wonderful class.
