I made the mistake of doing this after arm strength training. I won’t make that mistake again!
That laying on the side and lifting legs was a killer. Im just starting and was surprised to see what a work out this really was! Thank you for the video, it was really great and so was the narration.
I have avoided pilates for many years, but Nicole make it easy and fun. She is so encouraging and clear in her instructions. I look forward to these as part of my day.

I’m struggling with doing the moves idk how I’m suppose to do them. I’m kinda getting frustrated but I’m trying not to. Edit: 26 minutes later after I finished the video, it was very fun and calming the problem I had was constantly getting out of positions to see what Nicole was doing so I can adjust other than that it was very nice, Thank you Nicole!
I’m struggling with PCOS and regular workouts always worsened my symptoms. The cortisol spike always felt like a panic attack and gave me imbalanced blood sugar and it was hard to lose weight. I’ve been following your “gentle” pilates videos for about 2 weeks and I never felt this relaxed and at peace after a workout. The feeling of being connected to my core and my body gives me a high. Thank you!💗

Can’t believe 30 minutes went by after the number feeling so daunting! Thought I’d have to turn this off halfway, but no, that was incredible.

I loved how relaxing this was, it was my first time doing Pilates and definitely wasn't easy!

May I know which of Nicole's videos you use? I also have joint pain and my shoulders are a bit stiff. My physical therapist told me to be consistent with exercise.

@@eatsburrito I use all the different styles - pilates, yoga, HIIT, barre. For me, this variation of workout is so good! I find her playlists according to style, duration and focus very helpful. Have you checked out the Upper Body playlist? The Barre videos also have some wide arm movements that might help "soften" the shoulders. Hope you find what works for you 🧡 wish you all the best! 🌻

When doing those arm exercises, you said, "You can do it", and I actually cried out, "No, I can't do it!" but I stuck with it, thanks to your words, Nicole. Love your stuff and thank you for getting me into pilates and enjoying movement! I can't wait to get on the mat to see what my body can do each day!
I used to be an absolute athlete and after some years of bad dieting and a few injuries, I stopped being so active. I wanted to try Pilates for beginners thinking it would be a piece of cake but it was so challenging and made me realize how out of shape I am 😀 lol. Thank you for this beautiful, calming work out. ❤

This video really helped me understand the foundations of pilates so much better and connect to my deep core/pelvic floor. The arm workout/shoulder portion is a posture game changer too. so perfect for beginners. I felt amazing afterwards. Def my new go-to pilates workout until I work up some strength and form for more intensity!

Used to do pilates and other exercises 6 days a week for years, then life got in the way and I've been going months at a time without really moving my body more than a hike or walk... this workout was gentle enough that I didn't feel discouraged yet burned enough that I remembered all the reasons I loved exercise in the first place. thank you!! :)
1st time I’ve seen this t-zone awareness with the fingers. It‘s genius. I can feel my transverse abdominals turning on which is something I’ve always been weak at. Thank you so much for your wonderful videos!

I’m a guy I’m 22 body feels like 60. I love this. My body feels amazing after and didn’t feel like 30min. I could barely hold my arms and legs up to do those circles.

I have been doing Pilates for one year now but still this video serves so much in improving my technique and even the basic felt challenging yet rewarding ❤❤❤ thank you so much Nicole. One suggestion, pls explain the technique to do the roll ups without having to move the legs or with a jerk.

So, I just recently started my Pilates journey because I realized just how stiff and out of shape I was becoming, plus other health issues have really set me on a more mindful path. Day 3 of doing Pilates and it blows my mind at how I can just smile and feel giddy and overly happy at the end of each days session (i try to do two sessions, one is the strict stretching) and it feels absolutely amazing. I can already feel certain parts of my body becoming slightly more flexible and things that were a bit rough on day one are becoming easier and more enjoyable on day 3. So with all of that said, thank you! Seriously, these videos are so amazing and I love how professional they feel, yet they're relaxing and energizing at the same time. Also, THANK YOU for doing voice over, haha. It is such a wonderful addition to any sort of workout/wellness body content

Your clear, detailed guidance has helped this 62 y/o beginner who is trying to rehab a low back injury to actually do a daily mat class!! Since I have chronic wrist injury, I have to avoid being on “all fours”. I’m likely not alone in needing more beginner classes that are adaptive for those with wrist limitations. I’d be forever grateful for more hands free options in beginner classes😊🙏☮️Thanks for these fantastic offerings!!
