Today is day 100 in a row of following your weekly workouts! It has really helped me with my burnout recovery! Not having to think or choose a workout was such a huge help to workout everyday! I feel stronger physically but also mentally! Thank you so much Nicole 🎉 here's to 100 more days ❤
I have been lifting weights for 2 years consistently now, and have been wanting to change it up a little… and I would’ve NEVER realized how hard a workout with just your body weight can be. These workouts BURN in a way I never could’ve imagined. Really hoping that I can get better at these, because I always wanna give up halfway through.
I stopped exhausting workouts at the gym and just do your videos in the morning. I already see much more results and feel much better! perfect start of the day!

always listen to your body. i almost fainted at the end of a workout it was too intesne for me i didn't felt well at all until i was like, get tf up already and drink some water and i felt better immediately. i really hate when i feel like fainting after a workout it's making me end everything because of my fear of fainting again. i hate the feeling of fainting and im obviously i can't mentally take it even tho i want the body that im dreaming about:/

Hey Sara Lina. I have carpal tunnels as well. I do all pilates and yoga exercises on my fists. It's a bit harder but at least it doesn't hurt my hands (plus: toned arms).

This work felt so therapeutic to me. Feeling the burn, recovering, then burning again and ending with stretches was a journey. I feel unbelievably refreshed, thank you so much Nicole! 😇
Nicole’s work outs are intense exercise-still feeling that heat and burn- but adding in kindness and intention and positive energy to the body. I love her attention to breath during and the stretching after an intense set. Kind to the body while also pushing limits and promoting change.
The best thing about your workouts is that they never seem long. Despite being exhausted by the end I'm always pleasantly surprised that it's already over 😄❤
Dear Nicole! I have started doing your exercises for a month after a 6 month break from pilates due to struggles of life. The work you're doing is vital! I love how you keep working on the variety & aesthetics, and your gentle guidance should become an industry standart. Your voice makes the hardest push sound doable. This is my favorite of your intermediate videos! I love how many opening exercises there are, and the background music is very calming.
Was an avid heavy lifter and gym go-er but just found Nicole! I absolutely love your grace, movements, and voice (only to name a few). I can't thank you enough. You reminded me of things I had forgotten... lately life has been showing me with fatigue and illness that I need to stop exercising... I insistently added cardio, workouts to my own classes... this made me and my muscles very tired... before I was working just like your flows in this video, I did it again calmly and without tiring myself... my muscles need rest and a calm exercise program... it was nice to remember my old flows with you, you became a companion.
