as someone who struggles a lot with body image, which makes trying to be more healthy and fit really mentally/emotionally exhausting, i really appreciate that your videos aren’t focused on achieving a certain body type but rather on the movements and how the exercises will make you feel. i love the variety and it’s amazing that you’re able to achieve a level of effectiveness that doesn’t feel punishing or exhausting! thank you so much 💕

I appreciate that she does that too, to keep things accessible. The irony is that, I love working out, but every time I watch one of these videos, I find myself cursing under my breath at least three times *because it feels punishing and exhausting to me!* Which is probably just a sign that I should practice until it becomes easier.

Spending 30 or 40 minutes with Nicole is the absolute best was to start my day. By the end of the workout, I somehow feel relaxed and energized at the same time and ready to take on my day!

I don't have time for morning exercise, with two little kids and a full time job from 7 am. So I do your morning or no-morning pilates when I put my kids to sleep, and that means 9 pm. This was a harder workout than expected but still enjoyable with fatigued muscles! A great one if you want a proper workout but feel a little depleted Will come back to it time and time again! X

Missed the weekly plans this week but decided to repeat this series. That last part in this work out looks so easy but it’s super challenging 😅. Love all your work outs Nicole ! I need you in my life ! 💕😅
I used to be consistent with my yoga and home workout routine, but due to my busy schedule, I had to stop. Recently, I stumbled upon Pilates and decided to give it a try. Thanks to this channel, following Pilates exercises, has become easy. I always feel amazing after completing the workout, and I am striving to be consistent so that I can build strength and improve my overall health.💪

This was so difficult for me to do! I started with your beginner pilates workout and thought I could do this. I did, but it was so hard! I am grateful for the challenge though and I love how your videos make me feel during and after! I also love how your videos make me feel comfortable enough to challenge myself. I had no motivation to workout today, but still pushed myself. I am sweating buckets!

This was my first attempt at a moderate class after starting on the beginner playlist and I found it such a jump, quite dispiriting… I thought it would be a good one to start with as it was billed for morning 😅 Did you find any of the moderate classes relatively easy for someone just moving up?

@@pixamixify I just moved to moderate! The one I struggled with the most was the pushup while having the leg up! I can't seem to maintain proper balance with that. Hopefully it gets easier over time!

Same here. Finished the beginner series and then attempted this one. It was definitely challenging. I had to take a lot of breaks. I will repeat this one a few times before moving on. I struggled with this one, but we will all get there one day. Hang in there everyone!

I really enjoy working out with your videos. Your voice is peaceful but not sleepy, and the controlled movements are not only gentle but pushed me to dig deeper. You'd movements are beautiful to watch and how I strive to look doing the exercises 😊 thank you from Maryland, US.
I have a small room and my hands and feet are hitting the bed and cabinet during class. I say it adds more flexibility to my body as I avoid the corners of the furniture during leg raises and other wide leg/arm movements. Great exercise Nicole!
