    @@hannah08658 I've been doing three workouts a week and I am feeling stronger, I also been checking more what I eat daily and taking better care of myself. I can see changes in my body, I feel less bloated and more energized during the day, I do them before work like 7 AM. Highly recommended☺

    I've been doing her videos for 4 or 5 weeks now and just tried this one rofl I think I pulled my entire crotch muscle tendon whatever on the side plank leg raise. Omfg. Im 5'10 and 190 lbs. Im dead. Girl gunna have me walking side to side like Ariana grande. And honestly I'm not mad. Rofl I love Nicole.

    I have never in my life enjoyed exercise. I'm autistic and have adhd. I've always struggled not only to be engaged but to enjoy the workout itself. Until now. THANKYOU Nicole for all you do. I've never in my life enjoyed moving my body, feeling my strength grow and sticking to it. I really am grateful for creating a workout that I'm confident to try and not be embarrassed to workout at home. I can't really quite explain it but just thankyou. ❤️

    Same with adhd! I always have struggled to stick with anything because it's work and no reward. But her channel I always can find at least something for the length I'm willing to do that day and I enjoy doing it and even find myself looking forward to the next day!     I have tried following along to many different videos for yoga/pilates and when I came across your playlist, I knew yours were the ones for me. I love how calm you talk us through each move into the next and the calming music is the best. I feel so strong and empowered after each video.     i have a very hectic schedule for a couple of months now due to long working hours but i still am able to get in some exercises due to your videos, even if it is just 15 minutes! the best part about your workouts for me is how you guide inhaling and exhaling incorporating breathwork that helps with my mental health as well! even just doing 15-minute workouts almost everyday for a month now has left me feeling so much stronger and with increased muscle definition

    I am a powerlifter who max is 210 at a 170 body weight... but this gave me one of THE BEST quad pumps I have had in a while, I normally do 185 for reps of 8 but this was somehow harder then that. I will definitely be back to do more :)

    I never ever enjoy workouts and u actually enjoyed this!!! I wasn’t able to finish because it was actually quite hard and I had also done a workout prior to this but I will definitely keep doing these and try to finish it!!! Day 2: I finished it!! Definitely was a bit harder at the end but I did it Day 3: definitely still difficult but I actually see myself looking forward to working out and my form has gotten better Day 4: some of the workouts are feeling easier and I OVERALL FEEL BETTER

    I had a hard time deciding between the Cuisinart kzread.infoUgkxbHS6iDzgurU5HDfOQwM9gHX0K703-UyJ (rated # 1 by America's Test Kitchen) and this KitchenAid hand mixer. After receiving the KA, I inserted the beaters and turned the KA unit on in the air. The beaters seemed "wobbly" and I was worried that I may have made a mistake. Then I actually beat egg whites into a meringue (a good test) and found that they whipped up much quicker than usual. Now I think the "wobbly" beaters are built to orbit that way to improve the mixing. The "slow" start is a nice feature, too, and it keeps a thin batter from splashing out when the beaters are first inserted. Because there is little splashing, I find that it's also easier to clean this mixer. About two weeks after purchasing the KA mixer, I was delighted when I read that this year the KitchenAid is rated #1 by America's Test Kitchen! Official validation for my own good taste/instincts.

    I love how effective this is but it’s short enough to complete when I just have time for a little exercise. I feel myself getting stronger too!

    Great workout, I had a little time in the morning and this one was perfect to squeeze in. My side plank feels so easy now, a year ago it was such a frustrating exercise 😍

    I'm really enjoying this workout, I'm a beginner and tried your intermediate session before this one and realised how unfit I was. I love how your video's are consistent, professional and visually calming. Looking forward to trying more workouts. Thank you

    I love love this beginner-friendly express pilates workout. Nicole please more of them. I have a horse whom I ride a lot and dogs whom I exercise daily too. I appreciate a short workout and being a beginner this is perfect 🧡

    Day 1: hurt a little but wasnt that bad Day 2: burns more than yesterday 😮‍💨 but still not horrible, super sweaty tho! Day 3: realllyyy felt the burn in my legs today but it's worth it 🔥 Day 4: really was breathing heavy today! Day 5: my legs were burninggg during the lunges Day 6: feels like my legs are getting stronger! Day 7: my butt was burningggg

    I loved this, and I love the options. I was able to option 3 for the hundreds but had to stick with option 1 for the side planks. Wonderful, wonderful stuff, Nicole. Thank you!
