Right now I am taking a bit of a break from my intense running routine, but have been doing more of these types of workouts, and they have been awesome for my speed and endurance :)- I recently went from a 6:33 1500 to a 6:03

Hi Anna, that's an amazing improvement. Well done 👏 And I agree, I play a lot of soccer and I have personally seen great development in both my speed, endurance and coordination since I started to take the HIIT workouts more seriously.

Doing the 50 minutes intense workout of yours 3x a week help finish this HIIT it feels that time goes so fast but i also discover that doing it in proper form helps in the long run rather than finishing it with half azz form which only give troubles

Doing this 3 times a week is a great effort! Killing it Lenard. And I totally agree. Doing the workouts with proper form makes it way harder, but also more effective 💪🏼
