I was 274 4 months ago and now I’m 245 pounds today. I have been using your 10min abs session everyday and seeing my stomach area decrease in size and today I tried your HIIT workout today and glad it came it 4 days ago cause I wouldn’t be in shape enough to complete it but thankfully all my hard work paid off and I completed it first try! This was a great workout for me since I've been suffering with lower back pain and a knee injury in left knee. Thankfully, this workout avoided those trouble areas for me and still got me a very good and sweaty workout. Thanks Oliver!

Great workout. I burned 338 active calories with an average heart rate of 129 or close to zone 2 for me. You did a lot more shuffles than I was used to, but I am getting better at that and the diagonal jumping jacks I finally was able to do that, though I did lose my place a few times, but I am happy with the improvement with your routines. Thank you very much for this great and challenging workout.
