    This is the hardest workout i ever did 😅,but it did help me lose weight. I'm a South Indian and all we deal with is White rice. I managed to eat mindfully and a little more fiber veggies and fruits And just did this workout 5 times a week. I lost 4 kgs in a month. Makesure you're consistent 😉

    Im all about these exercises because I wont to lose fat before summer. I hope this helps. Im doing these everyday. I also got meal plan from Next Level Diet because I think diet is more important than being active but who knows. Wish me luck people!

    This is a nice workout, but I will say for those of you looking to burn 500 calories: that would likely only happen probably if you're a beginner. This felt more like 300 max for an intermediate person. Thanks for the video.

    Saving this one, learned to embrace/tolerate cardio as I used to hate it. I've lost 70 pounds and find cardio really helps change my body the fastest. The music sounds great. Looking forward to adding this one in.

    I started this 2 days ago and I'll update my weight in a month. I am a beginner so first 2 days I haven't completed the whole workout.     I enjoyed this workout, but just a tip, if you’re looking for 30 straight minutes of running and jumping, this might not be the one for you. There’s running and jumping but a good chunk of the workout is slow-paced abs work.

    Although I found this workout satisfying in terms of mobility, I found it really easy. It wasn’t a cardio nor a hiit in my opinion, I’m not even sweating much and my heart rate hasn’t gone up. It’s great if you are a beginner but not if you’re looking for an intense hiit/ cardio workout

    Bravo great job! I think you responded so beautifully to instructional criticism. Your exercise, workout background is great. One suggestion,I think the clock should only be flashing the last five seconds of the workout along with the beep it is more powerful and invigorating. Thank you food for thought.

    dead. day 3 after 2w. i did half of it because i feel really bad but now i feel sad because i couldnt finish it!! i did a 15m workout right before this so im gonna try to do the hard one (this one) first then the 15m one because wooaah. ps the idea of "if i didnt quit for 2w and just did this i would probably be really close to my goal" is crazzyyy. 1 month of these workouts are my goal and i would begin to see changes by now if i have stuck to this so. yeaahh.

    ​@@prongs2609 That's amazing. Don't be so hard on yourself. It doesn't matter how much you can fully make it through sometimes. Even if you stop halfway through the video on any particular day because your body was tapped out. That's ok, at least you're still doing what you can. We all have better days than others. Don't give up. Do 10 minutes one day, 20 the next. Increase your time as your body build strength. This idea that everyone will be able to fully complete some workouts is not true, not in the beginning. It is a process that we all work up to and it had taken me a little while to finally complete a 40 minute HIIT workout. You will get there. I hope you are doing well!

    Trying to lose weight and fit - NOBADADDICTION is the best option.... I'm that person who don't want to involve in any kind of physical activities...as my weight entered in "Overweight" scale,i have no other option other than be part of a physical activity...     I starter with chloe ting and now im stuck in here 3 monts and i like it but my knees hate workouts where is more than 20% on sit and lunge exercises... Ill try my best but they dont want to co operate with me. And hiit is still the fav workout style. Lost 5kg already would loose more when i would eat heathier and do more often workouts. But i love all the trainers here.

    Me too this one was not intense at all for me 😅 i didn't even sweat that much I've done more intense workout that made me look like I've been doing some kickboxing but still it was fun 😊
