I’ll have to say demi workouts are the best and only workouts I’m ever needing. 362 calories burnt by the end but it still will keep burning. None of the workouts ever fail to amaze
I started just under a month ago and the results are incredible, it's a shame I can't share the before and after here. 🇧🇷❤️
This is done in very poor form. Obviously inexperienced and very unbalanced. When you offer full body you need to balance leg work with upper body work you don’t. After participating in about the first five minutes, it was very clear that your form is terrible. The moves are not challenging and very basic but the worst part for me was this girl cannot stop looking at herself in the camera. It’s freaking comical. Rarely do I start cracking up laughing in a hiit work out. But that’s all this silly video did for me. Back to the real stuff!
This is one of the funniest and enjoyable workout I’ve ever done before. Thank you and well done guys! 🥰
