Just found you and I love you. I rep big creators on KZread and you’re a breath of fresh air. ❤ saying don’t worry about it right away as a new mom. I started my law firm to protect creators and I sleep 4-5 hours a night and cannot lose weight. Thank you for specifying how important sleep is to weight lost.

MASSIVE Tip... Breastfeed as long as you can 😁 breastfeeding burns 500-700 cal extra a day. That means if your body usualy burns 1700 cal a day in rest mode, you'll burn 2200-2400 cal a day without any single extra effort 🤗🤗🤗 (if you have twins is 500-700 cal per baby)

I'm almost 4 months postpartum with my fourth baby. I've learned to trust the process and go slow. I have started running again and doing yoga (alternating days). One thing that has helped me is communicating with my husband specifically what my goals are and when I am working out so we both make the time for me to be kidless and workout. I'm not a morning perso, so I usually workout at 8:30/9 pm. It is nice to be able to follow someone else's journey while I'm in the midst of mine 😊

I'm not a new mom, but I did give birth to a business, so I've been tired. I got 10 hours of sleep yesterday and I felt so much better this morning! Sleep is so important. I chose to get more sleep yesterday over doing a workout absolutely exhausted.

I love this. With my first I have birth prematurely due to preeclampsia, had an emergency c section, had a NICU stay, an IUGR baby and it was all so traumatic. I rushed to go back to normal as a way to cope. Which in turn made it really difficult for me to lose weight because I was so stressed out. And I was not eating healthy foods out of survival mode. I’m 36 weeks now. I have focused on preparing healthy freezer foods. I worked out all though my pregnancy (except lately I’ve been so tired I haven’t). I have a scheduled c section so I have been actively preparing to support my healing and not rushing into “losing weight” or exercising. I feel like not being a first time mom gives you more of a perspective that this isn’t going to be forever. And you will eventually go back to your every day activities and exercise.

What an awesome video. I love that customization is encouraged with calorie restriction. For years I’ve been so scared to do my own off trend thing, and have tried all the KZread diets, none of which have worked. At 3.5 months PP I’m in the microwave phase of life and I legit live off Greek yogurt bowls, smoothies, and Healthy Choice frozen meals with extra frozen veggies…oh & diet Cherry Pepsi. It’s not trendy, but it’s working for me in this season of life. 🙌

I lost weight by NOT focusing on my weight but more on healing after C-section. I avoided looking at my body in the mirror so I won’t judge myself cause every time I would look I would cry and literally not eat b/c social media filled my head with insecurities. Making me feel like I was doing something wrong b/c I didn’t look “SNATCHED” after birth. I lost weight when I WAS READY, AT MY PACE. Lesson learned social media and mental health don’t go together. Lol

I’m not a mom, to be honest diabetes run on both sides of my family and I’ve allowed myself to become pre diabetic. #(Working on reversing that💪🏾) The pregnancy weight is one of the fears I have tho about even carrying a child because i don’t want to become diabetic while pregnant. Does that make any sense 😵‍💫
