+HASfit Cheers for this, I have been researching "weight lifting routines for women to tone" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Seyliana Strength Salgado - (do a search on google ) ? Ive heard some awesome things about it and my cousin got amazing success with it.

Ok, here's my 1 month of Hasfit's beginner workouts update. I'm a 44 yr old female who has NEVER worked out until I decided I needed a lifestyle change and I discovered Hasfit. The only two measurements I initially took were my weight -102kgs and waist -120cms. I hopped on the scales after a month only to discover I lost 4kgs. I was a little bit disappointed but hey, 4kgs is 4kgs lighter than I was before. Next I measured my waist and found that I had actually lost 16cms. Personally I can't see the difference in my body but I've had several people say that they can and that I look more toned and that I'm actually 'glowing'. Thank you to the Hasfit team for helping me and continually motivating me to reach my goal. I've been telling everyone about your great workouts and that if I can do it then so can they!!

The scale is not always an accurate representation of what's going on with your body composition. You'll feel a difference in your clothes before the scale usually, which means you're doing it the right way. Losing fat and gaining some lean muscle. Keep up the great work and we can't thank you enough for your support. :)

This is probably my favorite workout video of all time, made me laugh a lot and made the workout pass by smoothly. You guys are amazing, thanks for being big motivators in my weight loss and STENGTH GAIN journey! (Lost 25 lbs since quarantine started and built up a lot of MUSCLE!!) I remember the first time I worked out to one of your videos and my legs and arms were shaking afterwards, come a long way since then haha. Hi coach! Just finished this workout on my balcony. One year since I've started hasfit training due to pandemic, and now again in quarantine 🇪🇺 🇮🇹 😖 anyway, I support you with my app subscription, you support me in keeping my physical and mental health in check 😃 thanks, looking forward for the new video to come out.
