The variation of dumbbells is extremely useful for a small person like me kzread.infoUgkxP26Tir6n60vUkdtn4mbwhRO8cwuJQNy2 But the dumbbell size being large it's hard to do certain exercises like deadlift ( I have to have my hands and legs a bit wider to accommodate the size of the DB )Otherwise happy with the purchase. No excuse not to lift weight when it's snowing outside.
what makes working out with you so much better is your attitude. no screaming, no "you need to do this". only positive vibes. really glad I have found your channel. keep being awesome!

Don't be fooled. Up your weights and this workout will not seem like a beginner workout. The combo moves are killer. Loved it.

I really appreciate these 30-minute BEGINNER weight training workouts, because even though I've been working out a long time, both cardio and weights, I'm now 66 and can't be as gung-ho as I used to be. If you can do more of these, that would be awesome!

Just found this video! I used 5 lb weights and wow, it was challenging but I loved it.
I have always been an avid gym rat. But for the last 2 years, I have not gone, guess why, but still wanted to keep up my routine I so dearly missed. I came across this video and will be starting this in the morning. Thank you for posting. Very encouraging!

Great workout! I can't do the squats or lunges though because it hurts my bad knees, I just do something else or just do the arm part. Do you have any work outs with no squats or lunges? Thank you!
