oh, you dropped another brilliant one! will try this tomorrow. I love the fact that you focus on all fitness levels. most of the other channels only upload workouts for already very fit people. your videos give everyone the chance to ease into these strength training workouts. awesome work as always, can't wait to try it. thank you!
Super workout! Just the right pace. Hey out there if two seniors can do it so can you! It’s amazing how mental can beat the physical.
Wow..what a great workout. Honestly had me sweating..I've been lifting weights for a few years now..wanted to strengthen my bones not only because I'm now 57 yrs young, but after surviving cancer my body needed to regain strength after all the chemo and radiation it withstood (6 yrs free now :) ) I still found this one tough even though I decided to lift lighter...so that tells me I've not been using correct form..I truly appreciate how much emphasis you put on that..I'm relearning and loving it. Thanks for all you do..it's truly appreciated.

We're so happy to hear you're loving our workouts! Thank you for your support.
Amazing workout! Love this one! Thanks a lot HasFit!! Do this one whenever i am extra motivated to do a long one!
After the Christmas break I'm struggling to go back two more advanced drills, so I keep coming back to this one to relearn or retrain the body. Most of the exercises seem to be easy but to perform them properly you have to push yourself and I'm happy I'm succeeding, a little bit slowly though, but as you rightly say quite often you have to keep coming back there's no other way. Many thanks for all your efforts.

Thankyou HASfit! Love your videos so much.
I'm on my third week of the foundation program. This one nearly ended me (my abs started cramping pretty bad after the first round so I eased up on them the second time around). Great workout though! Already seeing the results! Many thanks to both of you!

Made it!
This was a tough one, but i'm really seeing results from working out (even if i take a two day break due to stuff happening, I still got a workout from walking at least) I think in the almost three months i've been working out i've seen a huge weight difference in decreasing as well as some muscles forming that I never used to have that were just pure flab. Which is really nice.

Awesome work! Slow steady consistency is what it's all about. Keep it up!
Among the different exercise videos I have seen (app. 100) this is the best or among the best. Really great. Just a few things that could be improved. Total time: count down. Counting up doesn’t really give anything. Instead start at 45 (or whatever each exercise takes) and count down. A percentage counter counted up could also be used. Movement time: Much more important than total time is the time for each movement. Now I immediately stop when I tired. If I from the beginning now that I do something for eighty seconds I keep it up as the time goes down. Time given: A few times in the video it was said things like “only ten seconds left” that was incorrect. It was more like 13 seconds. That really makes me stop to early. When given time like that makes sure it is correct. Breathing instructions: Ok, not very important. I can just ignore but it is still disturbing. If people don’t breathe for 45 minutes they die. Instructions about how to breathe is only disturbing. Stretching: the first and last stretching really stretches. The twos in the middle don’t feel like they stretch at all. What parts of my body were supposed to be stretched by that? Maybe some alternative that really stretches would be good. Even though I wrote some suggestions for improvement I really think this one was really good.
Tough but it was over before I knew it. Thanks
Thanks! If it were easy everyone would be fit! I like that :D
Really I like your vedio very much, it's really help me. One suggestion if possible put subtitle.

Wow great job!

if i dont sweat while doing this, do i have to increase the weight? I usually only do cardio, today was my first attempt strength training. When I do cardio, the sweat is runnin! Thanks for the workout.
@HASfit
6 жыл бұрын
Sweat is not an indication of whether or not you had a good workout. With strength training, if you're using a challenging weight and using proper form, chances are you may not sweat and that's ok. Your muscles are still working!

When I am doing the lying knee raise and long arm crunch at the end there it really hurts to keep my neck up like that. Is that normal? Would it be better to do it with my neck lying down? Thank you for all these great free workouts by the way🙌
@HASfit
6 жыл бұрын
Your neck contains muscles as well and the average head weighs 8-12lbs. It's not unusual to have a sore neck and to feel the burn there as well. If it's too much, you can rest your head.

Hi I do you video several times a week need to loose more pounds. I have had to start on steroids due to colitis. I don't want to bulk up should I not do weights while on my 6 week course of steroids ? Any advise from anyone would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for helping me get fit
@HASfit
6 жыл бұрын
Hi Jodie, the type of steroid you're on is completely different than the anabolic steroids that bodybuilders and athletes use to bulk up. There's zero risk of you bulking up on your medication.

you are calling this a beginners work out? I think it is pritty tuff ;)
