    I like the fast pace of this new workout! I used heavier weights and eliminated the rests to make it more challenging. Been working out with you for six years, and am in great shape at age 66. Appreciate how encouraging and down to earth you both are. Thank you!

    I love working out with Hasfit! I was working out several times a week with them fir a couple years. Then I went through a period in my life where I got out of regularly working out. I'm just starting to get back into my workout mode so I chose a beginner workout and this one was great! I definitely feel some muscles that haven't been worked out for a while!     I love no-repeat workouts. The dread of round two can be so discouraging. Plus I have an attention disorder so I stay entertained when I know the next move will be new. This was a good workout and also I loved the pep talks throughout. Thank you for being encouraging and non-toxic in the fitness world!

    WOW, what a GREAT workout! I've been doing your 20 minute Standing & Seated exercises for seniors but I saw this workout in your videos list, and watched a few minutes of it. I like the fact that you don't count reps and this looked like a good step up in my morning exercises. IT WAS!! And even my "old person'S joints snap, crackles, and pops" were diminished (I'm 71🙂).

    I LOVED this new workout. I especially loved the "no repeat" aspect! I missed Claudia's countdown for the wall sit exercise, I thought how much longer!! LOL I loved the page turner stretch too, makes everything feel great! Thank you so very, very much!!

    How many days a week would you recommend doing this workout for a beginner?

    At 76, even though I am quite fit, doing a lot on the floor doesn't work for me. It would be great if there were a version of this workshop in whcih Claudia is doing a standing exercise working the same muscle groups. Alternatively, since getting down and getting back up is part of the issue for me (I can't move as quickly as you do in either direction) perhaps having several floor exercises in a row would be good, so once down we stay down for a while.) Just a thought. Keep up the great work and thank you.

    Ideal weight would be just heavy enough that you struggle but can still keep your proper form while increasing it over time. But ideal you want to have a few varied weights and start with light ones and get used to them before switching it up bit by bit to heavier ones. 2kg will do fine as starters and even if its too much for beginner you can just grab a full water bottle and start from there. The point is do do something rather than nothing !! Good luck with your journey

    My left arm is quite a bit stronger than my right. I find that I am concentrating on my right arm for the last few reps, while my left is fine. I have not injured my right arm and wonder why this is so. I am right handed, so it is my non-dominant arm that is stronger.
