    Hi, HASFIT is my go to channel for half an hour full body workout with weights. I decided to try another channel today but stopped mid way and came back here :-) Apart from clear instructions and constant reminders about form, you let us know you are feeling the burn right along with us! Can't keep up with the bouncy and full of life ladies that just breeze through and leave us behind. Thank you for sharing

    My mom did some research and found that when you do weight lifting, and then a burst of aerobics, and then weight lifting, aerobics, and so on, it causes your cells to become younger and slows aging. Could you make a video based on this?

    Hi guys! I've been doing your workouts for about two years now, and I'm obsessed! One thing that I would love to know is the weight that each of you use for the specific workout/exercise you do.     Love your workouts ... you're both so special ... however, please let us know when you are going to include floor exercises which are too difficult for many of us. Just omitting those floor exercises will make this workout great!

    Yes! I absolutely did this on Thanksgiving Day 🦃 and it was every bit of a monster workout 💪🏽 as the other day😜I could only accomplish 6 pushups and I Took a break in between. I will do this work out again my most challenging time so far. Love this channel and I tell everyone!

    I love all of your videos and I have increased my weights, feeling very strong. I have a problem with my wrists. This routine is especially hard on them.     If you have been consistent for awhile now, taking a few days off and even up to a week is totally fine and you will not affect your body composition.

    I have a question coach, my right elbow hurts when im holding a high plank position or doing a push motion (push up etc.). I’ve been regularly working through the pain for months now and it hasn’t got any worse but its not going away. Should i stop working it?

    Thank you for the love Charlotte. From within the app, please press play on a video, then rotate your tablet to landscape view. Make sure that you have your Rotation setting turn. HD widescreen videos are 16:9 ratio while your tablet is a 4:3 ratio, so you'll always have black bars unless you distort the video. Unfortunately, this is a limitation of the iPad, not the HASfit app.

    I have big thighs...should I be concerned doing squats etc while holding 10 pd weights..? Always feel like after a week of doing that my jeans fit tighter. I'm try I g to lose weight but I feel like I get " thicker":(

    It's best to time your workouts as close to your last meal as possible. Strength training will be great to help you maintain muscle during fasting.

Everything was secure and in good shape. No weird smells. The weight changing mechanism is really smooth and straight forward. Changing weight is really fast and easy. Though the handle is plastic, I don't think it will be breaking anytime soon. So far pretty impressed after my first session with them. I was afraid they were going to be too wide at first, but I didn't have any issues with them while doing upright rows.

    We show the calorie counter during the actual workout, but dismiss it during the cool down because you aren't burning a significant number of calories during that time.

    I switch up my training quite often which can result in 15-20lb swings in bodyweight. Sometimes I'm doing more weight training while others I'm doing more endurance and running.

    As long as you're continuing to increase the weight that you're using, you can gain muscle for sure. Also, while you don't necessarily need to change your diet, if muscle gain is your goal then you should be consuming more calories. Emphasize more protein and vegetables to help mitigate fat gain.

    Yes, it is absolutely ok to workout hard and even not so hard during menstruation. Do what you have the energy for.

    HASfit. Okay thanks so much for responding! I am truly enjoying ALL of the videos! Thank you both for being sooo selfless in sharing these workouts, encouragement and tips! Im grateful for you both. Its like working at home but with trainers/ partners I never I had. I'm a stay at home mom who homeschool our 3 sons and my hubby works full time, ( I have about 30 pounds to lose)so joining a gym is not an option for me. But I feel God led me to discover Hasfit and that was answered prayer!
