    rly love what u do - fixing my back + posture, getting lean and agile. thx to the huge variety, my brain is also challanged and my coordination has improved already. maybe oneday backpain will be something to remember and not something reminded ofmdaylie! thank u so much!

    I promised myself to write a comment if I did the full video, but I COULDN'T, I did only the first 15min, but I kept trying 2 times a week with little but sure improvement. Here I am 1 month later, I did the whole 37 min!!! I know it might be an insignificant achievement, but I am proud of myself and my commitment. Thank you guys for all the encouraging confirmations, I kept telling myself "every winner was once a beginner!" I am only 37 years old but have problems with my joints so this is a big deal for me. Thank you for this channel! Update: nov 2020, I still come back to HASfit, and was about to write a comment, to find that I already did one year ago :D one year later you guys! I am still working out at home and feel much much stronger. 3-5 times a week, it became a habit and a natural part of my day! Thanks again for this channel. much love to everyone taking charge of their life!

    One of the best standing ab workouts I've found on the internet. I always have difficulty doing floor crunches because of my fused spine (from surgery), but this work out is 100% doable and challenging. Thanks, you two! ♥

    I realised that I had zero core strength after trying to sit on the grass in the park for 15 minutes and putting out my lower back. I wasn't always this put of shape but hospital work during covid left me with no energy. I'm determined to change that by starting slow and taking small steps. This workout is perfw t. Thank you.

    This video is my third HASfit video. I have enjoyed all three. I am re-commencing my workout routine after letting it go five years ago. I don't have much weight to lose (10lbs), but it is the inches that I am wanting to tone up. Thank you for making your videos low impact, fun, and encouraging.     I doubt you still look at comments for these videos but I wanted to let you both know what a lifesaver you’ve been since Covid hit. My friend and I are retired and we’re going to the pool to work out 2-3 times a week. Early in the lockdown, we knew we had to do something to replace that OR end up losing all ground made in our workouts. I search and searched and finally found HASFit. We now work out every other day to one of your videos. We love them so much that even once the pools do open again, we plan to continue your workouts. Thank you SO much. I started at 281.6 lbs and today I weighed in at 251.1 in the past 2 months and lost 6 inchs from my waist. Today was the first day I have completed the workout at Coach Kozak's level. My parents have started the elderly workouts after visiting me for the Christmas season

    God Bless you Kozak and Claudia for these amazing programs suitable for different fitness levels. I am a former athlete with 2 tennis elbows, injuries in both knees and right shoulder, and have put on lot of weight. Every time I tried getting back to the gym my body disagreed, but the well-explained easier modifications in the program helped me get started and sustain. I started at the beginner level and have not gradually moved to using light dumbbells. I also lost 7kgs in the last two months. Have downloaded your app yesterday (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED EVERYONE) and also subscribed to the highly affordable programs. Keep doing the great work!

    First day after this workout my whole body was in pain. Second day was better. Third one was easy and in less than a week I saw results 🤗 Imma continue with this one... Oh and I was able to finish the whole workout from the first day 😁😁😁😁😁 nearly died through 🤣

    Back here again 2yrs post-radiotherapy. Feels so good to be able to stretch the arms, tighten core after so long and also, work it out with dumbells!!💃💃 So grateful to be able to workout again. Tq Hasfit

    I just found you! Awesome feels great. Love ur encouragements. I'm an Aerospace Engineering student and spend most my time sitting in front of books and a computer. I didn't realize how out of shape I have become. This video was my first attempt at a workout. I love that I can start off in the low impact and gradually move over to higher. I also find your energy soothing after my intense study sessions!!

    I enjoyed this ab and low impact workout. I worked up a sweat on this low impact part. It's good to work the abs without always getting on the floor. Keep up the great work.

    What I love about these workouts is that literally anyone can do them - you can take up the pace and the weights and get a good sweat on or take it slowly and feel great that you moved your body and did a great workout!! I always think I'm going to be the former but sometimes end up doing the modifications 😆😆

    Thank you so much. Brilliant workout. I appreciate the knowledge that is evident behind the moves. I like that I can add more weight if I want to work harder. Also the duration is perfect for me. I will be doing this often. There were a lot of ads for me this time- if ads are short it doesn’t interfere so much, but when they are long it is a real disruption to the workout. Thank you so much for the gift of this workout.

    I just found this workout and it's awesome!!!! I hit a rut during quarantine not being able to meet with my gym partner but this all you need at home. Plus added bonus is you never lay on the floor!!

    I loved this workout. I finished it though with some small breaks to go get some more water ,answer to the never ending questions from my kids, and a dog who wants my hugs right in the middle of the workout! Yet I finished it. You guys are a team and I have switched from doing Claudia’s easier modification to coach Cozack’s version. Long 1.5 years journey with you two. Thanks so much.
