    I've got a bone to pick with you two. I've been doing your ab workouts for a few months now, and every time I get drenched in sweat, shaky from head to toe, and I'm completely exhausted. And now when I look in the mirror, I have these six weird bumps like a grid on my stomach. What are you guys doing to me?!? ;) p.s. Thank you guys for the awesome workouts! You both rock!     I've been doing HASfit workouts for 3 years now and my kids also like working out with me. One day in the car last week, my oldest was complaining and my youngest said, "But did you die? No, you did not!" It's one of their most used quotes.

    Its been a month am doing this. I used to struggle to reach 12 mins. now am comfortably reaching 20. Planks are still hard though. You guys are a great source of motivation.

    Cannot even lift my body for the side plank rn but we've gotta start somewhere haven't we. I've loved HasFit for years but this time its to help me out of my bad mental health and low self worth x

    I did Coach Kozak's version all the way through this time! I'm totally exhausted, but can't believe how much progress I've made since I started a couple of months ago when I couldn't get through the modified versions. I'm training for a marathon and y'all are my go-to cross trainers. Thanks so much for all you do!

    Omg I have just done this, it's a killer but amazing!!!! Thank you both for helping me reach my goals. I've lost 4 stone and can see such a transformation with how I look. I'm getting married in June and Collecting my dress next month in a lot smalller size then originally planned!!! 💪👰👊🏻

    I’m doing this one on a daily basis and I already am starting to see results I’ve been eating smaller meals, drinking lots of water and doing HASfit three times a day. I even learned a bit of kickboxing from coach Kozak

    Hey I love what you guys are doing. I haven’t been able to go to the gym with the Corona Virus being active, and I have to get ready for the marines.     Jove been training with you for about a year. FYI, for others like me. While I appreciate this workout, at 71 with arthritic wrists & elbows, I need an Ab workout that doesn’t require planking. Thank you for helping me keep my body moving

    I have been doing Chloe ting’s abs workout and I do see results but I think I need more now that I am 6 months postpartum. I am glad I found this exercise program. I cannot wait to see the results :)

    I've been doing this and the bicep and tricep workout for about more than 3weeks with every 20-30 counts every exercise and now I can see some difference. I have toned my arms and abs. I also do walking/jog as I go to my univ. Tnx hasfit! Keep up the good work!
